It is one building back from the beach so within approximately 35 steps your toes hit the beautiful sand. This is our smallest island style villa on the property at 13x16 - 205 sq. ft.

In the middle of the forest, this spacious house is the ideal place to disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle, connect with nature, relax in the pool, rest and enjoy with family. We have a room for events, however, events are quoted separately, being a requirement that the reservation of the house is made by Airbnb for the day of the event.

We have a coffee machine at our bar which is available from 7am-10am free of charge. There are plenty of bars in Utila. Our bar is more a Meeting point and not with a bar tender all the time. But you have your own fridge at the Apartment.
