In back is a hot tub, barbeque, table with chairs. There is a semi-private beach one block east. It is a short 4 min. walk from the house. A beach cart is provided. You will find the public beach, park and fishing pier 4 short blocks north on Atlantic Blvd. There are several restaurants with ocean views.
