2 miles from the waterfront concerts! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place, including Acadia National Park which is about an hour drive. I allow 10 people at the house for families that want to be together, however please don't book this house if you think it's designed to sleep 10 people. There are 3 bedrooms with 3 beds, you will be setting the additional beds up yourself unless you ask me to set them up for you and I would be happy to!

Lake Escape is located on Brewer Lake in Orrington. From this location, you have a view of the lake and access to the water directly across the street down a hill. The ambiance of loon calls, fresh air, and the sounds of water all make for glorious sleep and relaxing memories. The water is warm and clear for summer swimming! This recently renovated private apartment is 20 min. to Bangor, 50 min. to Acadia National Park, 25 min. to Bucksport (Fort Knox), and 50 min. to Castine.

To the south is the Pettengill Stream a resource protected area and to the north a large secluded pond. BREEZE does not have a hot tub but guests may reserve the sauna, which is close by and private. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.

Two-level home with walkout basement and full upper deck provides stunning views of one of Maine's most sought-after lakes. Relax on the shore next to the firepit, float on the beautiful waters of Phillips Lake or have a toddy on the deck. 1.5 miles down a well maintained dirt road is a little slice of heaven on Brewer Lake. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large kitchen and dining area, living room, along with washer & dryer. Outside offers a wrap around deck, plenty of seating to enjoy your meals/coffee outside while looking at the lake. Stairs down connect the path leading to the water where 2 kayaks and a firepit are waiting.

Get away from it all while being only 25 min from Bangor, under an hour from Belfast & Camden, and 45 min to an hour from Acadia & Bar Harbor!
