Fresh bathroom with shower and washing machine. Underfloor heating & modern ventilation. Fan but no AC. Great location. Can be reached quickly from E4, road 40, Elmia & city center. Free parking on the street. A stone's throw from the bus line.

Tree house in the Småland forest

A unique and peaceful accommodation in the middle of the woods. In this tree house, you live up among the trees in a peaceful and quiet place with animals, birds and nature as neighbors. Here, the noise level is quiet, it smells like forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right place. The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house is in and the insulation is wood shavings from floors and walls. For us, it's important to protect the ecological and local environment.

2 km outside Hoks community, 30 km south of Jönköping, you will find this cottage. The cottage is located in nice surroundings with forests and fields. The cottage is located on Hoks naturcamping - a quiet and family campsite. As a neighbor, we have Hooks Manor, where you can play golf or enjoy their nice spa. There are very nice hiking areas in the adjacent forest and meadowland. This is perfect for those who travel with a dog or like to walk in the woods and countryside. The cottage is not rented out for a long period.

Log cabin outside Jönköping overlooking Granarpssjön. You have access to the dock, swimming raft and boat (boat with electric motor 50 SEK/day) The lake is about 10 meters from the cabin. You'll even have access to the wood-fired sauna on the property. The accommodation is well-suited for families of up to 4 people. There are wonderful hiking/biking opportunities in the area. Taberg, a 15-minute bike ride away, has a nature reserve with several hiking trails. Jönköping is 15 km away. The property has its own patio.

This cottage is located next to Klappasjön in the middle of the Småland forests, about 30 minutes outside Jönköping. You will find your own jetty with a boat 100 meters through the forest from the cottage. A 3-minute walk away, you also have a beautiful public swimming area with a summer café. About 4 km from the cottage, there is a grocery store, pizzeria and train station.

Hemtrevligt och välplanerat boende med två stora och två små sovrum, fullt utrustat kök, tvätt- och diskmaskin etc. Vacker natur runt knuten och knappt 15 min bilväg till Jönköping. Ostörd altan och uteplats med direkt tillgänglighet till stor trädgård med frukt och bär. Cykelavstånd till badplats. 15 min bilväg till Jönköping, 20 min till Elmia. 2,5 km till barnvänlig badplats. 20 km till Hooks herrgård med golfbanor. 50 km till Isaberg.

The Lakehouse (Nybyggt)

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Tallkotten

Welcome to our pine cone This tree house is located in the beautiful Småland forest and offers a stay beyond the ordinary. It's intimate, simple and peaceful place. Here, as a guest, you sleep high up in the treetops and wake up to birdsong. Through the large windows, you can enjoy forest views as far as the eye can see. Here, you have the opportunity for maximum relaxation, but for those who want more activity, the accommodation is a good starting point for day trips.

Cozy, furnished mill from the early 1800s

Fantastic mill with history from the 16th century. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, induction stovetop, oven and microwave, fridge/freezer. In the small TV room there is a smart TV. Upstairs, there was a carpentry workshop that is now a modern TV room with Wi-Fi, amplifier, Chromecast, speaker system and projector. The shower is in the basement. The balcony facing the sheep meadow has garden furniture and a spa bath. Wood stove in the kitchen. Sauna is available.

Cosy guest house on the contryside

Our cosy guest house has its own entrance and is located in the same building as our garage on our spacious yard. By car it is 20 minutes away from the city Jönköping and the E4. Downstairs there is a small pentry, a kitchen table and toilet. Upstairs there is one double bed and two single beds. Note that bed sheets and towels are not included but can be rented for 100 SEK per person. Pillows and duvets are included.
