In the apartment it is possible to unfold a leather sofa, which will create a full-fledged extra bed (for up to 2 people). The price of the stay includes BREAKFAST and there is a private sauna with a lounge, an outdoor Kneipp path (only in the summer months), a multi-purpose playground (tennis, volleyball), an electric WEBER grill, the possibility of using a petanque court or balls for children.

When you stay at this place in the heart of the action, you and your family will have it a short walk to all the places of interest. It's just a short walk to the city center, as well as to good restaurants, a store, cultural attractions, and bike paths. The train station is only 400m away. We are used to children, there is a children's language school in these areas during the school year. We have a lot of lego dupl and also trains. You can leave us notes on the chalkboard in the bedrooms (-teachers).

Sprcha pod nebem osvěží, letní vánek usuší. Elektřina tu není – jen nouzová powerbanka, kadibudka s výhledem a klid. Ale pozor, nikdy tu nebude sami - mezi řádky se procházejí srnky a největší brouk Evropy, přilétají ptáci a v hlubším lese se občas ozve čuník. Kde jinde zažít kouzlo přítomného okamžiku ❤️.
