Warm, soothing, relaxing, comfortable, very, very, very clean villa for a pleasant stay. Voice of the adhan and pleasant song of the birds. Very, very well equipped villa, very good for resting away from the noises of the city. A villa where you feel at home. better in real life than in the photos. The only downside is the stray dogs who sometimes bark at night but that doesn't stop you from resting.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful Airbnb villa hosted by Mr. Seif, and I can confidently say it was one of the most memorable stays I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, luxurious, and incredibly relaxing. The villa itself is a masterpiece — spacious, elegant, and immaculately clean. Every corner felt thoughtfully designed, combining modern comfort with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The real centerpiece, however, was the private pool. Sparkling clean and perfectly situated, it offered the perfect escape from the world. Whether soaking up the sun during the day or enjoying a peaceful night swim under the stars, the pool was simply magical. Mr. Seif deserves special recognition. His hospitality was second to none. He was always available when needed, incredibly responsive, and went out of his way to ensure our comfort. It’s rare to meet a host who is so genuinely invested in his guests’ experience. Thanks to him, everything was smooth.

Our stay was of top standards,nothing too much trouble,the chalet’s decor was lovely. The rooms was clean, bright and well maintained. Dr Amr was exceptional host, he made our stay most memorable, he is very helpful person,he answered all our questions. Will be coming back, thank you dr/ Amr

Great place to stay, Abdelrahman was so helpful , the place was super clean, comfortable furniture , challet near the beach, kitchen has everything we need the whole family had a great time and definitely we will be back next year.

We loved our stay. The community is very family friendly and the chalet is in a perfect location. We walked to the pool, beach and playground very easily. The chalet has been very well maintained especially considering sea air and sand can be tough on houses. You tell Rami and his family have made efforts to keep the property comfortable and up to date. We will definitely be back next summer.

Abe is an amazing person and very responsive, the apartment is well decorated, and the place was comfortable like home. One tip: for those who don't know Agamy place, need to check the area first as it is a little far from Alexandria and better not to use the GPS and follow the signs. We really enjoyed our time at Ahmad’s. The place has beautiful surroundings and is very close to the beach, gym, masjid and supermarket who deliver. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We went off season and virtually had the beach to ourselves. We took our cat with us and she settled quite quickly which is a good sign.

Place was great. Clean apartment. Area was very quiet and the beach was only a few minutes walk from the place. The host was very welcoming and responsive. We will definitely return and stay here again in the future. We enjoyed our stay there. Beach was very private and great for relaxing with a good book or a short nap.
