The cottage is for those who appreciate nature, simple standard and a fantastic lake location. The cottage is located right by Rosjön and only 10 minutes north of the wooden town of Eksjö. It is a scenic area with forest around the knots and the lake in front of the house. Private beach, boat and fishing license are included. The cottage has a large plot with plenty of room for play and relaxation. It's an undisturbed location with only a couple of houses nearby. The proximity to Highway 32 makes it easy to get here. The road can be heard, but is not perceived as disturbing.

Lovely nature outside the house for forest excursions or swimming and fishing.

Stay next to Tobo golf course, a short walk to a nice swimming area with a shallow sandy beach and Fredenborgs Herrgård with food service and playground. We offer a cozy cottage near the beautiful city of Eksjö in Småland. The perfect place for a relaxing vacation. The cottage is fully furnished with a living room with sofa and fireplace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. There are two double beds, three single beds and a sofa bed. The cottage has a large garden with a barbecue area, as well as a sauna and an outdoor shower. The surroundings are perfect for cycling and walking. Eksjö is only a short drive away and has many shops, restaurants and cultural attractions.

Stay in our cozy guest house with its own garden. Close to, among other things, Astrid Lindgren's World (20 km), Katthult and Bullerbyn. In Mariannelund there is also Filmbyn Småland, Karamellkokeriet, Ica, nice natural areas with lakes, etc. The house consists of a large combined kitchen and living room, two bedrooms (a total of 7 beds + a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room), a toilet/shower and laundry room. Note: You clean before check-out (unless otherwise agreed) and bring your own towels and sheets

Meet our lovely red cottage in Småland surrounded by forest, hills and lakes. With all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay. Enjoy a cozy evening by the wood stove. The house has a big private garden where you can relax and make a campfire at the fire pit. Go fishing or take a swim in one of the lakes nearby. And maybe you see deer, foxes or moose from our sunny porch. Go skiing at the ski-slope, visit a moose park or go down the zippline. April-October we rent out 2 sit-on-top kayaks.

Welcome to Småland and your temporary home! The traditional Swedish house was furnished with a lot of love for detail, so that it is cozy and comfortable at any time of the year. In summer, seating furniture is available in front of the house for a day in the sun. For fishing enthusiasts, we have three boats ready and wellness lovers can relax in the sauna. The swimming lake and a supermarket are within walking distance. Astrid Lindgrens World and Näs can be reached in 25 minutes by car.

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt.
