Summer cottage idyll with direct lake location and all amenities. Secluded and private location with unobstructed views in the west (sun all afternoon and evening) but at the same time the cottage is also part of a small village where there is a soccer field, playground for the smaller children and a larger common swimming area with rocks (about 5 minutes' walk). Private jetty for meals directly by the water and swimming jetty directly adjacent to the plot (about 50 meters below the house). The rowing boat seats 4-6 people and fishing gear is available.

There is a smaller private deck overlooking the forest and a large common deck with access to a shared pool, wood-fired hot tub, gas grill and wood-fired fireplace. The large house can also be rented.

A uniqe cottage at a small farm 200 m from Hjälmaren. We try to walk as light on earth as possible. The environment is perfect for relaxing nature experiences. On the farm we keep, cows, chickens, geese, ducks a dog and two cats and bees. Possibilty to rent an inflatable kajak with 1-3 seats and/or a SUP. " Et veldig koselig sted. Studio 1-4 persons with pool and sauna

Our studio, built in 2016 is situated close to the city but still in the countryside. There are three beds - one single bed at the loft and a sofa bed (queen size) in the combined kitchen and living room. If there are requests, we can also arrange space for a fourth person on a mattress at the loft. Large bathroom with sauna. 28 sqm with bathroom and loft. Pool and garden are shared with the host family. A newly built outdoor gym is 100 meters from the studio.

The 4,300 sqm property is located in the middle of Sweden's most beautiful nature, in an absolutely secluded location, with no neighbors or streets nearby. 3 km away you will find a lake with 2 swimming spots and gently sloping sandy beach. Välkommen till vårt mysiga Tiny house ”Cozy Elk” en avkopplande oas med närhet till naturen. Ett Tiny house smart designat med allt du behöver för en bekväm vistelse. Med stora fönster som släpper in naturen, en bekväm säng uppe på loftet, fullutrustat kök och badrum, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och vedeldad kamin för extra mysfaktor. Njut av morgonkaffet på altanen med en bra bok eller ta en promenad i skogen. Perfekt för en avkopplande getaway.

A guesthouse, with one room and a bathroom, renovated 2017 located on our farm. There is 3 beds, but the bedsofa is made for 2, and then we have 2 single beds. The guesthouse has a little, nice outdoor deck were you can BBQ or just relax with privacy! You will have close access to nature and the lake Hjälmaren, 6 kilometers. Small supermarket is just 800 meter away. Bikes to borrow if you need. Free fishing in the lake Hjälmaren.

There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. Charcoal is available for purchase.
