Ivana and John are the most wonderful hosts! This was truly like staying at a family cottage and everything was just beautiful. John greeted us upon arrival and even had a bottle of wine for my husbands birthday! We loved staying here from the city because it was only a little over a hour to arrive and less than a hour to South Hampton where we had dinner. Also the little town is so so cute and we were able to walk over so quickly! We can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you again Ivana and John!

Tabitha's place was perfect for our group stay. Right in the middle of town and perfect for what we needed for the week!

We had a great stay! The house was pristine and the kitchen was very well stocked. The cottage was very close to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get away for a beach vacation!

We very much enjoyed staying in Meredith’s place. The cottage is surrounded by trees so it feels secluded and peaceful. The cottage is elegantly decorated; there were so many nice books around which we enjoyed checking out. Meredith was so nice and responsive. We will definitely go back.

James is an exceptional host. He was in constant communication with us- before, during and at the end of our stay. He even offered to come over to show us how to best use the place and to build a beach fire. The beach house itself is very well appointed and maintained, and James helpfully labeled everything- switches, drawers, etc. We especially loved hearing the sound of the waves from the comfortable recliners. All in all , a great place to stay. We hope to return next year.

Jeanne's place was perfect for my trip to Guilford. Excellent location, close to the Green and to the water, quiet, peaceful. The house had everything I needed and more, Jeanne was super responsive and kind, and the bed was comfortable.

This place was cozy and quaint. We were only missing a can opener! You too will like it! I would stay here again

Our stay was enjoyable. Erin’s cottage, both inside and out, was clean and well maintained. The kitchen has a professional stove. I was able to bake a chocolate cornbread and pan fry fresh scallops from Southold Fish Market. The hammock was an unexpected pleasure. I haven’t been in one for many years. Hope to return next year.

Angela was a great host and very accommodating after an unfortunate personal event we encountered just after arriving. The cottage was very comfortable and immaculately clean. Love the keyless entry. Neighborhood is quiet and we felt extremely safe. Deer pass through the yard throughout the day and what's more beautiful than that!!! We absolutely recommend Angela as a host and would not hesitate to book again in the future.

This is our third year staying with Joe in Westbrook and there is never a question of staying anywhere else when we visit. You simply feel like home the minute you walk in the door. Cottage is the description but it certainly is well appointed with everything you would need during your stay. If I could add a title it would simply say: home away from home! Already looking forward to our next stay!

Absolutely perfect for us. Cottage was very comfortable, super clean, and beautiful. Loved the location. I had read about the bathroom through the back door and the low tide beach so no surprises and everything was just as pictured. Would stay here again if we get the chance! It’s a little gem.

We had a lovely time in Margaret’s cottage. It had everything we needed and we felt surrounded by nature. Our kids loved watching the squirrels, wild turkeys and other birds that were constantly going back and forth in front of our windows.

Amazing host, amazing house beautiful view excellent location perfect getaway!

We had 2 rainy days to start. So we huddled up in the comfy living room with the massive TV( daughter in law said biggest she has ever seen🥰) and watched current amazing movies!! Made amazing food and snacks in the culinary approved kitchen! (Sauté Chef). We spent $200 on food and ate like kings. The main bedroom also has a TV so we could watch different things! I spent many years with my family at Old Colony Beach. Amazing how many places are still there from my childhood. It was a memorable experience for myself, my son and his girl! Last day was sunny and beach bound. So peaceful ☺️ Thank you, Blessings, Dawn

Peter's beach house was the perfect extended weekend getaway with our family. It was the first time we took a family vacation with our small children and teenager. The little kids loved the top bunk in their room and my teenager loved having a room to herself. The kitchen was perfect for our needs, the kids loved the sunroom and the living room was great with the tv for nighttime relaxing. The walk to the beach was the perfect length and the beach was clean and open. We loved every moment at the beach house and are hoping to return next year.

Simply wonderful spot! We will try to come back! The personal touches were great. Shampoo and conditioner! Make up wipes! Plenty of toilet paper and so on. Traveling guests really appreciate those small things. Thank you!

Wonderful bay side cottage! Stayed here for a long weekend with my husband and in laws. It’s a great location!! Water views, walkable cute neighborhood, and 20 mins from some of the bigger towns (Jamesport & Greenport) Place was clean and a fully stocked kitchen made it easy to stay in and grill out.
