Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Hirafu

My first time in Kutchan, and it honestly exceeded my expectations. While getting around without your own transportation can be a bit of a challenge—bus services are limited and not very frequent—it’s still manageable. If you don’t mind a bit of a walk, you’ll be just fine. Kutchan’s charm makes the effort worth it.

Close to all the shops & ski lifts in Grand Hirafu. The place was clean & worked well for our group of 4. Would recommend.

Wonderful place to stay, very helpful and responsive hosts. Close to some great restaurants, short 10min walk to many more. We had a car which helped get us around. Parking right out front of building.

Very comfortable place for 2pax. Places to eat are within walkable distances. For skiers/snowboarders, Hirafu .Base is about 10mins uphill walk from this accom, pace yourself and it’s quite manageable. After your runs on the slopes, it’s a downhill walk back to the accom so not an issue after a tiring day in the snow.

It was a very comfortable little home that worked for 2 friends. It is walking distance to the nearest convinient store but it is a very steep uphill climb so that you are prepared for it just. We enjoyed it super

Great place to stay at with everything you need from the kitchen to washing machine. True to picture with the listed amenities. A 10 minutes walk to the convenience stores, the Main Street as well as the bus stop to Kokusai ski resort.

Andrew and his crew did a superb job at making us feel at home. We had a little bump with our car rental. Andrew picked us up at the train station, took us grocery shopping and helped us find a car. He helped us turn an uncomfortable situation into a magnificent vacation. He made magnificent recommendations. We visited some great onsens and had great skiing while at Niseko. We had a great dinner at Samoza. And also enjoyed some snacks and coffee at the clubhouse. Overall, an incredible host!

This was one of the beautifully constructed Airbnbs we have stayed in, so it was a great pleasure to be able to have experienced living here! There’s a lot of space within the comfortable Airbnb and lots of nooks and cranny that makes it a very comfortable stay. Everything looks even prettier and better in person!

Our stay with Niseko Mountain Guides did not disappoint. The accomodation was as described (even better) and the location was incredible. The hosts were very friendly and helpful if you need. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic little house about 30 minutes from the main ski resorts. You will need to bring water, and you will need to rent a car to get to and from the house (international driving permit required to rent). The house has a beautiful snowy view, two bedrooms, one with loft, and another tatami space that can hold a second bed. Host was very responsive and kind. Thank you

With not many places to stay at in Rusutsu at the time of my visit, to me this was a much better option than staying in one of the resorts for a single room for nearly the same price. I just stayed here by myself, and the place could have easily fit a larger family. Pretty much a 10min walk to get to food establishments and the ski resort. Living area was very pleasant to hang at after snowboarding all day.

Honored to have stayed at the Snow Shack during our first visit to Hokkaido. Daisuke-san was super kind, helpful, and accommodating during our stay. Rarely do Airbnbs live up to the expectations, but the Snow Shack was a beautiful, simple, well-considered home that served as a good home base out of the crowds.

This is my second time at this B&B, and I think there will be a third and fourth time, even the smallest room is very comfortable, five minutes drive from the snow field, great!

We had an amazing stay at this property for our first time in Niseko! The apartment looked just as beautiful as the photos with an awe-inspiring view of Mt. Yotei from the kitchen and living area. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable with heated towel rack, boot rack, and coat racks. It was very helpful to have access to the private shuttle service to get around town and to go to the ski resort. Service was wonderful and on one occasion our shuttle driver even took us to the police station when a member of our group lost his cellphone and needed to find it. There were also thoughtful touches such as plentiful coffee pods, a gifted sake, and a box of cookies that we enjoyed. We loved our stay and would love to come back again!

Clean, new, modern, and tucked away right by the action. Loved stopping by the food trucks on my short walk home. Would highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Grand Hirafu! The location is perfect—right in the middle of town with great restaurants just a short walk away. There’s also a supermarket just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment, making it super convenient. For skiing, the big ski lift is only about 10-15 minutes away, and there are plenty of ski rental shops nearby. The property also offers a shuttle bus service from the welcome center, which made getting there seamless. They even provide a ski rack, which is really useful for storing gear. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortably fits up to 6 people, making it a great choice for groups or families. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout. A great bonus is that they provide free water, coffee, and tea at the reception area, which you can grab every day—a really nice touch! Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Grand Hirafu 😊

Great place to stay with a perfect view of mount yotei

This was easily one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful 3 bed / 3 bath unit that perfectly matched the pictures from the listing. It snowed for the first few days of our stay (no complaints here as this was a ski trip), but on a clear day you are greeted with a beautiful view of Mt Yotei from the living room & back porch. We made great use of the kitchen making breakfast each morning before heading to the mountains, and then most nights we would walk to / around Hirafu village for great food, drinks, and entertainment. Highly recommend staying at Aspect, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again for playing a major part in what was the best ski vacation of our lives.
