New place to stay

The Downing Loft At Belhaven

Newly-renovated/restored unit. Everything is clean. Furniture is brand new & comfortable. Gated lot is well-lit. If you want to try the eateries in the town center, staying here is the perfect location. Building access instructions were easy to follow (tip: when leaving the gated lot, the gate sensor "eye" that your vehicle will trigger to open the gate is actually on the left "lane" side). Hosts are responsive. Would stay again.

The place was absolutely beautiful. Felt right at home and it was peaceful and quiet. The host was very responsive when I needed something. First time in Jackson was worth it! Really do recommend this beautiful place.

Loved, loved this listing. There's plenty of space. it was quiet and very close to many great restaurants within walking distance. Amenities galore and the space is well taken care of, although dated, it's a gem. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if in area again.

This was my second stay at this Airbnb in Jackson, Mississippi, and it was just as fantastic as the first! The space was spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The host was, once again, incredibly helpful, providing great local recommendations and ensuring everything was perfect during my stay. The location is ideal, with easy access to Interstate 55, and there are plenty of restaurants, shopping, and a wonderful museum nearby. I will definitely continue staying here whenever I'm in Jackson-it truly feels like a home away from home!

Couldn't be more pleased with this selection. Quiet, peaceful, safe and in a walking neighborhood. Unit was more spacious and comfortable than advertised with amazing communication if needed. Clean, neat, organized, and comfy. Will look to book on my next visit to Jackson area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Christopher and Elizabeth were wonderful hosts that made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. The apartment was clean and cosy and had the added benefit of a veranda where I enjoyed the morning sunshine. I would highly recommend as a place to stay.

This was a very nice space. Roomy and spacious. I like to today places before I leave and I didn’t see a broom or dust pan. I just walked down to the dollar tree and purchased one. Also no light was in the bay room with shower but we just left that door open and close the other for light. Everything was clean and I would most definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Pam‘s Airbnb. It felt like home away from home, and as I had to extend my stay a couple of times- it was very nice to have a comfortable place to have such a nice place to hang my hat! Fully functional and large kitchen, washer/ dryer, nicely appointed living and dining rooms, and the foam mattress in the pleasant bedroom was icing on the cake! I look forward to staying there again. Pam was friendly and responsive.

Spacious place with plenty of closets and cabinets for storage. The unit was clean and as described. Loved the easy in/out direct access for my dogs. I needed the unit in an emergency situation and Cameron was able to accommodate me within a few hours of my first contact to him. Given the proximity of the unit to a main street and the corner grocery store, there are a few homeless individuals passing by in their search for food, but I never felt unsafe in the unit or walking in the neighborhood.

Simply a gorgeous place! Loved walking all around the neighborhood & Belhaven University as well. I found The Library Lounge located inside The Fairview Inn within walking distance of Janie’s AirBnb and absolutely enjoyed it—excellent food, great ambiance and historic charm!

This was our second stay at the Tree House, and once again, it was outstanding! Just like our first visit, everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We did encounter a minor issue with the internet, but our host was incredibly responsive and resolved it quickly. The neighborhood is perfect for walking our dog, and we loved having a great coffee shop right next door. After long days of visiting customers in Mississippi and Louisiana, it was wonderful to return to a place that truly felt like home. We highly recommend this stay and look forward to coming back again!
