We were impressed by the reception and staffs. The room was clean, well decorated and has adequate space for living - many activities to do. The access to the sea is easy with the nice sunset view.

We were greeted super friendly from the first minute. Every request was responded to and all staff members were always helpful and accommodating. After checking out, we were allowed to continue using the pool and when I forgot my cosmetics in the fridge, the manager wrote to me shortly before midnight and in the morning the staff helped to look for them in the garbage before the actual start of work! (we found them). Thanks for the great stay and see you next time.

Great house in a good location. A real oasis! A couple of steps and you're down on long beach. A few minutes walking distance to cozy relax beach and to restaurants. We enjoyed our stay with adult children and their respective ones. Space for socializing and being a little private when you want. Ping pong table and exercise equipment on the lower floor made this a popular gathering place after swimming and activities on the day. Big plus with free access to water throughout the stay.

A top place that was nicely clean and very nicely decorated. In the evening you can sit on the veranda. Super close to the beach.

We absolutely loved staying at Deborah’s place in Sala Dan, from start to finish it was a great experience. Deborah was very quick to reply and assist with a seamless check in, and then the property itself was fantastic. Spotlessly clean and the views of Lanta were incredible from the verandah outside. The property is a bit set back from the Main Street but this made it even more peaceful and was easy to navigate down on foot or with scooters! Highly recommend this place for a group of friends or family, the separate annexe provides extra privacy for those who need it!

Words cannot describe how incredible our stay was. Pete alone was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had! He was so responsive and had so many amazing recommendations, a true local guide. There was a slight plumping issue in our room and he upgraded us to the most breathtaking villa. Pete was very caring and attentive to our needs and made sure we were looked after properly. Nancy, the cleaner, was also the kindest soul and so helpful. I cannot recommend Pete’s airbnbs enough. Koh Lanta was so welcoming and we met so many special people. If you want to watch the sky in your garden at night in a peaceful and calm environment, you should definitely visit. Around the house you will feel the natural village life. We didn't see anyone except a couple of villagers during our stay. The beach and restaurants in the center can be reached in 10 minutes with a small motorcycle. Thank you for your kind stay.

Fantastic Stay at Island View Villa – Highly Recommended! We spent 9 nights in the Island View Villa and can only say the best from start to finish. Communication was extremely fast and smooth from the very first contact until our departure—simply perfect. From check-in to check-out, we were wonderfully taken care of by Rom (housekeeping). The garden and saltwater pool were always clean and well-maintained. Jerry, the night guard, made us feel safe and well looked after at all times. The villa was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the furnishings were high-quality and tastefully designed. The photos on Airbnb are 100% accurate—in fact, in real life, everything looks even better with the beach atmosphere adding to the charm. All in all, this place deserves a perfect score: top-notch service, unique villas, a beautiful property, and the best beach right at your doorstep—what more could you ask for? We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The place was a dream! Very central, but close to the sea and you had your peace and privacy. Shopping is within 5 minutes' walking distance, as is the sea! The rest can be reached easily by taxi or tuk tuk. The pool was regularly cleaned & the chlorine checked during our stay.
