The studio was exactly as described. Everything was in excellent condition and easy to use. We felt very comfortable in the studio and were happy to be able to bring our dog with us while visiting our daughter at Albion College. We will definitely look to stay at Aron's place again.

We've stayed in this apartment before & would stay again! The location is perfect for us. The apartment is spacious and clean. The king bed was comfortable. We like having a kitchen space to prepare some meals. We had to work while staying there and the internet was reliable and able to handle multiple devices. If you are sensitive/light sleeper you may find the street noise from the bedroom to be loud but it was fine for us. We slept great. Steve & Betty provided a sound generator in the room and we used that during our stay at night. The bathroom was clean & the shower always had hot water.

The location was great. A quick drive to any place in Jackson. I liked that we could walk to restaurants and stores. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice with good water pressure. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the living room furniture to have a more comfortable place to sit and relax.

We loved our space! The only negative thing was how hot it was inside, but we were warned by reviews and the hosts did everything they could to compensate (portable AC unit). The apartment was lovely- we loved the old-fashioned decor and European feel. Very centrally located and many thoughtful amenities, such as yummy muffins for breakfast. They were quick to accommodate the unexpected, last-minute changes in our plans and provided quick answers to questions we had. Highly recommend! :)

This was my second time staying here, we had a different unit which was just as good as the first. The place is clean, has everything you need and more.

Everything you need inside the apartment. Everything is close by and easy access. Host is very attentive on airbnb with anything you may need.

Again, a great experience. Will be back next fall!

This place was everything we needed!!! The location was perfect because it was so close to the Waterloo Hunt Club for our horse show. The inside is recently updated and has everything it listed, even a keurig! This home is on the water and give you assess to the dock for fishing, has a fire pit, beautiful patio and a great grill-eating area including a large picnic table. The 1.5 bathrooms was nice when we were all getting ready in the morning. It’s a quiet area so easy ins and outs. Just overall excellent and so comfortable! Will come back for sure when we have our next horse show!

My stay was the perfect peaceful reset. I needed a weekend away and Deborah made me feel comfortable and welcome. I would love to come back and spend more time at lake etc.

We had a wonderful stay at Patrice’s place. It was the perfect location for catching a show at the Franke Center. Patrice was welcoming and kind and she left many thoughtful touches to enhance our visit. We adored the warm and eclectic decor around the apartment. We highly recommend this rental for a comfortable stay in Marshall!

The place is adorable with clean linens and awesome dishes and cups. The only difficulty is the water temperature in the shower is not consistent. I’m not sure anything can be done about it because of the heating system. We had no trouble with the shower temperature in the summer. They really are very good hosts.

The space was spot on in terms of what we were seeking in location and style. The unit was exactly like the photos and a great space filled with character and cool finishes such as beautiful original hardwood floors, spacious rooms, and modern furnishings. Very quiet at night and great location in proximity to coffee shops, restaurants and things to do. We would recommend it and stay here again without question. I stayed in this rental for a short term work contract. It was a good space and had all the essentials. If you are staying longer term, there isn’t too much closet space but it’s manageable. This upstairs unit does not have its own thermostat, so it can get pretty cold in the winter. However, as soon as I would message Aaron about the temperature he would always adjust the thermostat remotely right away! Convenient location to stores as well.

As stated in the description for the place, it is close to downtown Jackson, which made it easy to make runs to and from during the day. While I had a tad bit of trouble tweaking the radiators in the apartment (was rather cold during my stay), the provided mini heaters made it possible to stay warm while waiting for the adjustments made to the radiator to kick in. Steve and Betty were prompt with their responses day of check in, and the provided amenities were very welcome. All in all a good place to stay!

My son and grandchild who live in Jackson actually picked it out and it worked perfectly for us.

The space was fantastic—perfect for 1-2 people. It had everything I needed, and the location was ideal, with a shopping center and one of the hospitals just a short distance away. Aaron was incredibly attentive and responsive, always quick to answer any questions I had. Thank you for such great hospitality!
