Welcome to Kaxholmen. Enjoy the view of the lake, look around our beautiful village with apple orchards and beautiful views. Go up to Vistakulle and check out the views of Lake Vättern and Landsjön. Shop locally at Rudenstam in Gisebo or have a coffee & shop at Grafitgrå at the swimming area in Kaxholmen. Take a trip to Jönköping, Huskvarna or Gränna/Visingsö, etc. In Kaxholmen, we also have a grocery store, Ica, and a Pizzeria about 1 km from our house. Note: The house is smoke & pet-free!

Cottage, private beach, boat and sauna near Gränna

Idyllic cottage, 30 sq m, on a private beach, very clear lake water, close to the highway E4 and Gränna. Thirty minutes from Jönköping. One bedroom with a luxury bed for two and one room with a very comfortable foldable bed sofa for two and a kitchen area. Wood stove sauna, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The host lives in a house about 50 meters further away from the beach. The kitchen is for simple cooking, the use of a frying pan is not allowed, but charcoal barbecue is available.

Huset erbjuder 2 sovrum, ett stort vardagsrum med kakelugn, ett kök med matbord, samt en gammaldags vedeldad spis. Vi har också såklart en vc, dusch och ett tvättrum. Sängkläder, handukar och ved ingår.

If you wish to rent bed linens and towels, there is an additional cost of SEK 150/person. Guest cleans up after themselves!

The proximity to the beautiful nature of the entire Äppeldalen valley, which offers many excursion destinations, and only a 15-minute drive to central Jönköping, makes the location unique.
