Our close proximity to the lake allows you easy access to a boat ramp, swimming, fishing, tubing, boating, cliff jumping, and just enjoying the water. Come- Rest, relax and unwind!

It has 2 bedrooms (full & twin over full) 1 bath, 2 living areas, full kitchen & screened-in back porch & plenty of outdoor space. The property is located in Lake Edge Harbor Subdivision in Whitney (Hill Co.) Texas, a rural lake area with no HOA. A trail from the property leads to the water via a small cliff peninsula. Perfect for fishing from cliff side, watching the sunset, & enjoying the beauty of the lake.
