Luxury rentals in Higuillar

The house is beautiful, great for families and in a perfect location. Alma was a very responsive and accommodating host. Would highly recommend.

Very clean and nicely appointed villa with modern amenities. Location is on the golf course and a bit far from beach. Consequently, golf cart access is a must and was a huge benefit that one is available and on-site. Also, it is very important to get temporary membership to the Ritz Carlton Club. It cost us about an extra $200/night. If you don't you get a temporary membership, then can't use any of the Dorado Beach Reserve restaurants, pools, amenities or beaches. We were not informed of this before booking, however, Alma was very helpful and got us access after we arrived. Note that without that Club access, then any beach visits would require driving to a public beach outside of Dorado Beach Ritz Carlton Reserve kind of defeating the purpose of being in the Reserve.

Beautiful modern home with lots of room in a gorgeous setting! So much to do for our family of 5 right on property! House guest passes definitely a must with family to use Encanto Beach club, pool, Watermill park, playgrounds, and lots of court sports! Definitely have dinner at Flor de Sal - AMAZING!!! You could stay on property whole time and utilize walking paths or golf cart. Rent a car if you’d like to explore the rest of the island.

House has spectacular views from all 3 levels. Beach is super convenient right in front of house. Good snorkeling but surf can be ruff. Everyone had their own private space with great hangout space on 3rd floor. Kitchen stove could use replacement. Water pressure in bedrooms was poor. Generator was a lifesaver as power went out multiple times. Kelley was super helpful and responsive. She even purchased kid’s life jackets for our 2 young kids. Biggest visual detraction was the abandoned houses on either side of the house with squatters living there. It didn’t bother us but some people would find this a major objection. Dorado close by for shopping and dining. Thanks Kelsey for a family trip of a lifetime! Perfect house for large family gathering.
