This is a really special spot! Close to town and all kinds of necessities but also very secluded and quiet! It was so private and peaceful and such special accommodations! We stayed in a tree house that had everything we needed yet not cluttered or crowded!

Great house, great location, beautiful ambience, perfect getaway for peaceful vacation. The cabin is very well stocked with literally everything you would need. Enjoyed canoo ride in calm pond water. Ideal for someone who enjoys private time with beautiful nature.

My kids and I had a fantastic time. Julie was nice and left very clear instructions for everything that was needed. Great location that put you right in between the ski resorts and the town of Conway, which has lovely shops and food options. Great spot if your an active traveler or if you just want to read in the peace of a beautiful river and hide. Thanks again!!

We had a truly lovely stay at this cozy lakeside cabin. The setting is everything you’d hope for—peaceful, scenic, and full of charm. Mornings were magical, with beautiful sunrises enjoyed from the porch. We took the canoe out at sunset and it was just perfect—calm water, glowing skies, and total serenity. The cabin is simple, clean, and full of character. We felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend for anyone looking to slow down and soak in the beauty of nature.

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

Loved our time here! It’s about a 40 minute drive from Portland and then 5-10 from Brunswick. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect, exactly what we needed to relax! We loved coming back from Portland and grabbing dinner and gelato in Brunswick, such a nice way to unwind from a long day. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again :)

We stayed for eight days and loved it! It surpassed our expectations and the open floor plan allowed our three generation family to spend great time just talking and spending quality time together. We were met with some great snacks when we arrived which came into handy after a long day of traveling from the west coast. We were captivated by the beautiful landscape including amazing eagles plunging into the waters and catching fish. The changing tides meant the landscape and natural activities were always providing a new show to enjoy. We loved everything about this stay and would highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay in Windham. The house was exactly as described and it was not just dog friendly, it was dog accommodating (just like Portland). Would definitely stay again.

We loved this place! We were renting for our daughter’s college graduation, and even though it poured all weekend- we really enjoyed just hanging out at the house. Mostly I loved loved the king size bed and I’m going to ask where the owner got it - slept like a baby!

My friend group stayed here on a girls trip and it was absolutely stunning! Every room of the house has a view of the lake and there are so many cozy spots to hang out. Claire and Karen were also very communicative, friendly, and flexible which made our stay seamless. Definitely would stay here again in the future!

Another absolutely amazing stay at the beautiful Pond House. Stunning views, incredible location. Immaculately clean. So much love and care has gone into this fantastic home. Everything you could possibly need or want is there. Andy and Emily are so kind, caring and generous. It’s such a privilege to stay here.

What a wonderful house! It would be a perfect family vacation spot to spend quality time together, fishing, kayaking, making s'mores, playing board games, or relaxing with some reading or television.

We had a great stay at Julie’s beautiful home. Her home was even nicer than the pictures. Great kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Open layout so we can all converse no matter what we were doing. Beds were comfortable. But the outside stole the show. The upper deck was spacious and had great views. The hot tub was just what we needed. Then you walk down to the dock and there is enough space for everyone to lay out. Lots of kayaks and paddle boat. Had fun exploring and fishing the lake. Perfect home for families to come together and catch up!! Oh, and the lower level was perfect with ping pong, foosball and tv for late night fun!! Would recommend to anyone wanting to be in the lake region of NH.

Beautiful place in great location. Did a weekend trip that included Portland based activities and a lake day at Lake Sebago. This was right in between making both super easy! The house was beautiful, clean, and slept everyone very comfortably. The view on the water is amazing, and Timissa was very responsive, accommodating, and kind!

Carl and his cohosts were wonderful to work with, quick to respond with any needs. We had a great time this weekend, enjoyed the house and beautiful lake. Hope to return someday and look forward to working with them in the future!

Spectacular place. We had everything we needed and the location was awesome and very peaceful. The hosts were very friendly and super accommodating. This place is a gem and we definitely recommend staying here!

My husband and I spent 6 days here for our anniversary. I wanted a location on the water and close to visit all the major coastal towns in Maine. This was perfect! The home, felt like home, and everything was clean and beautiful. Adam was very helpful whenever I had any questions. Sipping coffee every morning on the back porch and watching the sunrise over the lake was so peaceful. Grocery store close by and great hiking/walking areas right out the front door. Can’t wait to come back and bring the family.

"Extraordinary Architectural Masterpiece" pretty much sums up the apartment. Nice open spaces with elegant lighting and design touches throughout. Lots of windows ensured it was bright and offered great views of the city (often made possible by an abundance of parking lots close by - this is a good thing!). We were able to walk to a number of great restaurants, none of which were more than 10 minutes on foot. Likewise, the ferry to Peaks Island is an easy walk (and worth the trip, particularly if you rent a bike which is super easy). Alice was super responsive when I reached out with questions and updates on timing. So all good and glad we stayed there!

We stayed at the cottage for a little celebratory getaway. Although the weather only partially complied, we were amazed by the beautiful views that surrounded the cottage. We spent some time exploring the area and there are some spectacular little gems hidden throughout and around Windham. Maryellen and Bryan were so sweet and made sure to make this stay feel a little closer to home. Definitely a “don’t miss” property!

This was my second time renting Liza’s Airbnb. I loved it so much the first time, with my husband and daughter, I had to bring my sister. My sister and I were visiting our Mom in Freeport for the weekend. Everything was amazing! I love the location because it’s so peaceful. Saturday morning it was raining and I cracked my bedroom window to listen to the rain through the trees. The bedrooms are more than enough space, especially the primary bedroom with the massive closet. The bathroom is perfect and the kitchen is incredible, with everything you need. I keep saying I’m going to come back and stay for a week. Liza’s rental would be my first choice! Thank you for the hospitality!

Heather was a great host and made check in easy. Very cute place and perfect for two people. Would recommend staying here.

Here’s anCarley's home was wonderfully equipped with all the essential amenities to make my stay comfortable. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches like coffee (with filters!) and a well-stocked kitchen, which made the space feel warm and homey rather than like a typical hotel. During my visit, it snowed, and Carley had everything I needed to stay safe, including a shovel and rock salt to keep the steps clear. The extra blankets were a cozy bonus that I truly appreciated on chilly nights. The home is situated in a quiet, charming neighborhood with convenient access to nearby stores, making it an ideal home base for visiting family in the area. Highly recommend!

Pamela's place was the perfect start and end to our Acadia trip. We used her place as our fist stop while exploring Portland before making the road trip to Acadia and spent the last 2 days of our trip back at her place. The entire loft was super comfortable and peaceful. We were able to take advantage of the hot tub after a long day of bike riding and it was the perfect way to end the day. Pamela was very kind and responsive and offered us some great recommendations for our hikes in Acadia. Highly recommend her place!
