Vacation rentals with a home theater in Higashi Ward

Would rent from again if I’m back in town. Great location and view

The house is bright and clean because the sunlight comes in well. You can see the Daegwallyeong Cable Car at night, and the lights are cool. There were 3 queen beds and plenty of towels, so the family of 5 stayed well without any inconvenience. There was no dryer, but I washed the clothes in the washing machine and hung them as a humidifier, and they dried well. I slept well because the bed and pillow were comfortable. I was worried that the kids would be cold because there was no floor heating, but there were slippers, and it was warm when the heater and radiator were turned on. The kids loved the hammock. Clean water flowed in front of the house, and the cherry blossoms were very cool. There are also many grocery stores and convenience stores nearby Nakajima Park is a 3-minute walk away, so I often went to the playground with my kids. It's 3 minutes from the subway station and 10 minutes from Sushino. It was convenient because it was a smart door, so I didn't have to carry a key, and there was an umbrella, so I was able to reduce the luggage. The host's response is always quick and kind. It's a very nice place for families traveling in Sokcho downtown.

The location is very convenient with convenience stores and shops nearby.The house is clean and tidy, fully equipped, and the heating is sufficient.The host responded quickly, and the check-in and check-out process went very smoothly.Overall a very pleasant stay!

My family of four stayed with our family and it was so comfortable.There were a lot of beds, and I was able to enjoy TV and videos on the big screen. The subway station is about a 3-5 minute walk away, and we arrived in the Susukino area in 10 minutes by subway.It was a very convenient place to leave a car and be able to get around by subway.There was also a supermarket nearby, and it was easy to get breakfast. The room was very clean, equipped with disposable glasses, chopsticks, plates, slippers, etc., and it was comfortable. It was great to have no trouble washing disposable cups, etc.

It's on the 10th floor, so the view is good, and there's a mart and Tori Tonnes City, Itteon, Book Off, and Soppo Beer Museum within a 5-10 minute walk. The free parking lot is also spacious for parking.

The airbnb was clean and comfortable. Mari was also very responsive to our questions and helped us to check-in to our place. Would recommend anyone visiting Sapporo!

◆Location It was very close to Nakajima Koen subway station, making it a great location for Susukino and going anywhere. There are also many restaurants nearby, and there is also a convenience store within a 1-minute walk of Lawson, Seven Eleven, and a short walk to Seicomart. ◆The space The bedroom is very beautiful and I am very satisfied. The furniture in the living room is a little old, but it is fully equipped with amenities, kitchen, refrigerator, iron, washing machine, detergent, etc. that make up for it. Everything is disposable, so it is clean. ◆Bath or toilet The drainage of the bath is weak and the shower is a little old, so if you are concerned about the water area, I think you should check it in advance. The toilet is super clean. ◆Entire place Recommended for families. Overall, I was very satisfied.

It was our first time in Japan, and Sapporo was our first destination. We enjoyed the stay so much and loved the neighborhood this AirBnB was in. It was walkable to conbinis, local restaurants and the subway station. Everything matched the description and we loved the house so so much. Thank you for such a fantastic time!

Our group of 10 adults, 3 small children, felt the space was huge and the house was clean and new and had a great vacation! Just a little bit lacking is that the two bathrooms will be watered, so people use only one bathroom at the same time, and the line will be longer to take a shower. Other than that though, we still enjoyed it, thanks!

Struggled with the check-in and checkout system especially when our party arrived at different times. Another set of keys would have been useful, but otherwise all good. 2 toilets and 2 showers was good for party of 6.

Other guests and host is friendly in the house. Yuki always stays there and therefore easily provides help

Because this homestay made our trip to Sapporo valuable.The host is very similar to the gentle and thoughtful elders in their home, and they solve various problems for us while also looking up for our travel plans. It must be said that the host's breakfast, which had a different breakfast every day and it was delicious, which made us get up early every day to expect daily breakfast.He was very willing to take us around, pick us up and drop us off at the ski resort, even the airport, because he also made us experience Sapporo in depth, which is different from the previous experience. As for the homestay itself is unique, the furniture can see the sense of time, but each one is full of design, I really want to have a rotating translation of the same model of the homestay, I hope to find it.Comfortable, clean room, very good. It was just remodeled, so it was thoroughly cleaned, and it was clean anyway. The surroundings were quiet and I had a relaxing time.It was nice to have Lawson, supermarkets, and Sandoria nearby.There were plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, so if you bring ingredients and condiments, you can cook all the way. It was very good that there was a projector in the theater room.I had a problem with the facilities and contacted them, and they responded right away, even though it was late at night. I used it in a small group this time, but the room was spacious enough to be a waste, so I'd like to use it for a group of more than 10 people next time.

They made me feel welcomed and cared for!! Even though we didnt see each other a lot. They often drove me places when i was running late (which was often 😅). I definitely recommend this place even for those that may not speak Japanese very well.
