Good afternoon Eliseu! Let's do this... So! Your space as a whole is perfect. Large well-wooded yard, private hammock area with a lot of shade, we used the fire pit at night and the running water with an ornamental well pouring into the water spout is spectacular. The house is simple, cozy, spacious, not lacking in comfort with spaces and rustic furniture that made it clear to be Grandma's house... Chairs on the porch to use relaxing in a good chat, enjoying the greenery and at the same time the sound of the birds that occasionally appear in flocks, along with the sound of the water from the spout, and even better with the movement of the monjolinho. The gourmet space with all simplicity has a charm with special details... I liked all the details.

It was my first Airbnb listing, I sent Renata several questions before we closed and she answered all my questions. There are horses that are loose, and I took my Golden with us and the horses did not like her curiosity.. rsrs I sent a message to Renata to see if there was a way to put them elsewhere, and quickly she took them elsewhere. They're quiet with people, but maybe if the dog gets too high they'll be awkward. In the kitchen you don't have a lot of utensils yet, so I suggest you take them. But there's electric oven, microwave and induction fogaozinho. The place conveys a lot of peace, for me it was a privilege to wake up early and have coffee with that wonderful view. Renata left campfires prepared, and the night we lit, it was very good. My Golden also loved all that nature and space. But if you're going to take pet, you have to keep an eye on it, because it's a killer. But thank God there was no animal.

The hostess Cimira was very solicitous, polite and quickly answered our questions. The place is very beautiful (even more than in the photos), an extremely cozy and clean house, all the rooms are spacious with beautiful decor, rooms and super comfortable beds. The hostess left the refrigerator and the minibar already on, which for us was a difference. We passed the reveillon in the house and everyone loved the stay, my children had a lot of fun in the pool of the house and in the other space that the condominium offers. I emphasize once again the host's promptness, proactivity and education. We will definitely locate the house again. We will definitely be renting the house again.

Had a great stay, polite and helpful host. The site was even more beautiful than the photos, a field region with many fruit trees and quite green. The home is large and well tidy and we were able to fish in a dam that we had nearby and we still visited a stream in the region. Anyway, for those who like countryside and countryside, it is very worth it.

I went with my family to spend the weekend and we loved it. Super comfortable place, just like the photos, everything clean, in contact with nature, warm pool, air conditioning working....The host always answered me, clearing my doubts...anyway...we didn't want to leave lol. Very good indeed.

The host is a great person, flexible with visitors, the place is beautiful, clean and cozy, I can't wait to return. Not to mention access to Rancho 30, which is a wonderful place to spend the day with various activities, food and drink at an affordable price. The place is amazing! Very cozy and very well received. The suite is very comfortable. I believe that the description of the ad could be clearer (there are 4 suites in the same place, which share the view of the lake and the kitchen). But for my luck, only I was staying at the end of the week, so I was able to enjoy it a lot. They accepted my Pets who also had fun! we would go back again and again.

The host responded quickly to my questions, facilitated check-in and we were welcomed by Dona Aparecida, always willing to help. We stayed in one of the cottages on the property and left there delighted, the place impresses with its beauty, refreshed and eager to return soon. No photo or video does justice to the beauty of the place, incomparable. Clean, fragrant cottage with great quality bed and bath linens.
