We loved everything about the cottage and had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Tracey has thought of everything and we appreciated all the little touches. The facilities are of a very high standard with an incredible bathroom and very well-stocked kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the location so close to the beach and loved being able to swim with nobody around and join the Motu trail for walks. We will definitely be back and have no hesitation in recommending the cottage.

Fiona is an amazing host, always caring and thoughtful, with clear and helpful instructions that made everything super easy for us. The place itself is beautiful, tidy, and honestly even better than we expected. It was the perfect cozy stop for our road trip, and all four of us agreed: it deserves 6 out of 5 stars! We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The only small note is that we couldn’t use the garage for parking, so we just parked right in front of the backdoor. Thank you so much, Fiona! Would definitely stay again ❤️

We just loved it. The cottage was like a home away from home…even came with a cat visit. Hosts were awesome, we would have loved to stay longer. Cottage was really well equipped, too. Can highly recommend and hope we will make it back one day.

Janet was lovely and easy to deal with, communication was amazing. House was perfect and was well located for our employees to stay in while working down there. Janet was lovely enough to let our employees have a later check out due to a cancellation, this was a massive help to our team. House was beautiful and matched the Airbnb description. Would highly recommend booking this house to others. Thanks heaps Janet for letting us rent your house for the week!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Sand Dunes Studio. The studio was just as described very private and quiet. Sue is a great host making us feel very welcome. The beach is just a short walk away and is lovely. We look forward to visiting again.

A really peaceful and beautiful place to stay. A warm welcome by the host and the dog. So much history in the area and very friendly people. Loved it. Great meals at the local hotel.
