We loved our extended stay here. The place was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed cooking here in the evenings as a family and it had all the things we needed to do so. The host was great ... always responded when we needed something. The farm animals would visit often and the kids loved it. Highly recommend.

This is our second stay with Jill at The Birdhouse. We are 4 friends who come from Alabama to the Paducah Quilt Show. The home is lovely! Very comfortable. Love the decor and the farm feel. We all loved it last year. We were so happy to book this year and definitely plan to return again!

We had to contact the host to get the internet password but she responded immediately. All nice appliances. Everything was in good working condition. Exit instructions were clear and minimal. Lots of games available. A nice place for a relaxing fun vacation.

Cozy cabin with pond

The cozy cabin was the perfect get away for us, after a long day working at the Quilt show. It was quiet and peaceful and oh so very relaxing! We loved the ambience and charm and all the little details. The bed (which we all know is the most important part) was super comfy. I want to know where they got the sheets, they were wonderful. The stairs at first were a bit tricky to navigate in the middle of the night when my bladder called, but by the second or third night I had it figured out. We are hoping to stay again next year when we come back to the Quilt show. If you don't like listening to the birds, feeding the fish, cozy country details or peace and quiet, don't stay here! As for us, we loved it.

The place was great very clean . Was stocked extremely well with towels and extra blankets. The kitchen was stocked very well. Aaron made me feel like family. While we were there we had a tornado in the area. The neighbor across the street has a tornado shelter and invited us in . Great people in a great neighborhood.

We arrived late at night but it was super easy to find and access according to instructions. We felt right at home with a cozy vibe! Host was quick to respond with answers to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend.

We were so pleased with our stay! She met us at the door and showed us around the house. She even had a box of local donuts for us! She gave great recommendations of restaurants and places to visit. Misty was very responsive to questions via message. We stayed during Quilt week and the house was close enough to downtown but far enough to wind down after a busy day. The view was amazing and so peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch having morning coffee with the birds and squirrels. Neighbors were very nice and courteous. We will definitely be staying here again. I can't wait till next year! A+++++
