Very good stay, little touches much appreciated. Bright apartment. I recommend!!

Stayed a week with girlfriend for anniversary and it was the best decision. Awesome views right across cathedral which gave it a magical touch. In the center and walkable to all we needed: parks, river, restaurants, groceries, coffees, metro station, notre dame, etc! Its a studio but its well equipped. The sofa bed was comfortable. I had work done on the folding table which had space for a couple of monitors. Fast wifi. Separate kitchen with washer is a plus. Big windows give good natural light and block most noise from outside. We tend to sleep with sound machine and had no problem with city noises although we were in a busy area. We were mostly out and about but had breakfast every morning and watched tv at night and had a wonderful time on Hector’s place. He is responsive and friendly and we felt we were in good hands. Would stay again in a heartbeat

We can really recommend it. My colleagues were accommodated here and in different Anna-Sophie's house. Both accommodation were clean, modern, peaceful and spacious. Anna-Sophie alwasy helped us with everything what we needed.

Very nice setting, house with warm decor and very functional. Ideal for relaxing as a family. Our child loved the large quiet garden and the games there (slide, swing, etc.). Nice and responsive hosts. Very well-equipped kitchen, and something we particularly appreciate, you can already find salt, pepper, spices, oil, coffee on site... In terms of visits to make nearby, the very beautiful abbey of Bec-Hellouin, located in the pretty village of the same name, a few castles, a zoo 40 minutes away that will delight your children. What happiness!

This location is clean, quiet, private, and walking distance to so many great parts of Paris. The furniture was comfortable (super nice bed!), and interior felt spotless. There was no noise or interruptions, with very few others accessing the courtyard at all. The AirBnB is about a 5 minute walk to the Louvre, even closer to brasseries/ cafes, close to a mall, and a 15-20 minute walk to Notre Dame. The host was very responsive and even helped us check in early, which was amazing after our long travel day. The check in process had many steps, but he was specific and gave clear instructions. One note for future guests- AirBnB doesn’t allow for a quick and clear description. This listing only has one toilet although there are indeed two bathrooms like it states. One bathroom has a sink and shower. The other bathroom has a sink, shower, and toilet. It worked out fine for our family of 4, but is good to know a head of time!

We had a nice time in this apartment. Antoine is an excellent host; good communication; easy to meet and get in; responsive when needed. Antoine's place is a good base for visiting North Montmartre. It is roomier than many Paris apartments. The bed is very very comfy. On the coldest January days, the apartment is a bit cool for our taste. Kitchen, bathroom, and shower are all functional with good water pressure and hot water. Artwork can be found throughout. There are some steps in several places, even with the elevator, which might be an issue for mobility concerns. This was no problem for us in our 70's. The elevator is small, but the ride is only one floor up. The neighborhood is rich with shops and restaurants. Cafe Francoeur is a lively bistro style venue; Au Relais is quieter with slightly better food; Cafe de la Butte has fine dishes, Le bon, la butte was very nice, Mokko was superb. We had a lovely family stay at Karolina’s house. The garden was great for sitting out and having breakfast. There is parking (gated) at the end of the garden which was really handy and secure. The house itself was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need equipment wise and the laundry room was a bonus. The lounge sofa was comfy and the bedrooms were all a great size and comfy beds. The master bed was big and comfy. The bathroom was lovely with a great shower nice and powerful. Plenty of towels were left for us and extra blankets if you wanted something to snuggle under. The location for us was great at we wanted to explore a wide area. There is a superu minutes away which closes at 7.30pm week days and early on a Sunday. We drove most places and we could get to everywhere within an hour of the house. A lovely oasis of calm for our French adventures. Communication was very quick and efficient- would happily recommend this home again!! Thank you
