Excellent, very talkative Violeta and her sister, very spacious accommodation, they waited for us when we arrived from our flight to explain everything, very kind and considerate from start to finish and the accommodation is in an excellent location close to everything.

The apartment is very cozy, great conditions, we felt at home. Cris was an excellent Host, she understood our delay due to the distance, and there were no problems for our check-in. In addition to recommending, when I return to FOZ I will look for it.

The dpto is super comfortable, spacious and very well located. A few meters away is the pedestrian that has many gastronomic options, as well as supermarkets to stock up and a taxi stop right in front of the building. Andrea is very attentive and excellent host. I would definitely stay again at this place! I recommend it❣️

As a person who gets to travel the world. It was really the most pleasant stay I've had in a long time. They're available on WhatsApp, quick to respond, help with any issue even if it's not related to the listing. Giving recommendations for great restaurants in the area. The best cost-benefit of ciudad del este,the apartment has a privileged location, close to the main shops, bureaux de change, supermarket and casino. The kitchen is super-equipped, the air conditioning works great and the balcony is a nice place to relax. Another positive point was TV with access to streaming services like Netflix, ideal for resting after a day of shopping. Mr. Joel was an amazing host — very friendly, helpful and flexible. We had a very peaceful stay, Joceli was very helpful in allowing the flexibility of our entry and exit, we were able to take our little dog, it was all very peaceful, clean, safe place, close to everything on a very quiet street, spacious and airy apartment, the air conditioning in one of the rooms was not working, but we opened the window and everything worked out! We liked it very much, I recommend it.

Everything was great! Newly renovated apartment, furniture, appliances, everything new and of excellent quality. It met the demand very well, even though it was small. For us, a couple, it was perfect. The apartment has amenities such as instant coffee, salt, sugar and a water filter (cold and regular). Refrigerator with freezer, cool for those who will spend more time. In the building, polite and helpful concierge staff. The parking space we rented from Júlio is great, no maneuvering problems. Well located for meals and other tourist attractions as described. When we return to Foz, we'll stay there. :)

The apartment is very well furnished and with extremely good taste. The condominium is wonderful, with a magnificent view. There is nothing to say except that it is very worthwhile for those looking for a quiet place, silence and peace.

Great stay option. Everything worked smoothly: check-in and check-out were super flexible, and the place was clean, spacious and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed is very comfortable too. From the moment I landed until I left, I felt accompanied thanks to the attention of María Isabel and María Belén, who responded quickly and always with great kindness. It is clear that he has experience in hospitality, his pro activity, answers and recommendations were super helpful. The area is quiet, and there is a convenience store right across the street that accepts cards, which made things a lot easier for me. I walked about 10–15 minutes to the bus station after check-out without any problem. Very happy with the experience. I highly recommend the apartment and would definitely come back.

Nice place outside of downtown if you want to disconnect. However, in the center is very quick to get there.
