Chelsea’s place was great! She provides clear instructions with how to get in and the place had a great view of the canal. Everything was clean and easy to get to. Will definitely be back again!

Perfect location close to the Monon and City Center restaurants. Everything was clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay here, Derek was super great with everything we needed including a flexible check in which was great as we came from outside of America! Everything was very clean especially all the Linens and towels! The lay out of the place was great we loved how open everything was yet the bedroom still had privacy but really spacious! As well as how much light was able to come in when we had the curtains open in the mornings was so nice to wake up with! Would highly recommend staying here! He also provided everything we needed like dishes and towels and extra blankets/ pillows! The neighborhood was also so beautiful, everyone was super nice and always lots of parking on the road! Everything we needed was within walking distance so it was nice to not have to use the car for a few days!

Samantha gave amazing instructions on checking in and checking out. The place was easy to find and I liked that there was a private parking lot. It was also close enough to the convention center to take an Uber relatively cheap and still get there pretty quick. I would definitely stay again.

Easily the nicest and cleanest place we have EVER stayed at. It was the first time the pictures of the home actually matched the condition. No detail was missed inside the home they literally thought of everything. Zero doubt in our mind that we would stay there again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Beautiful location, close to so many restaurants and the Monon trail. Space was pristine with basic cooking supplies, clean towels and very comfy king bed. Everything was functional and comfortable. Big bathtub was a great extra plus washing machine!

Butler Villa was extremely responsive with questions and very much accommodated us. We will stay here again!

The house was beautiful! Checkin was smooth and easy. The pictures did it no justice, everything was nice and very clean. Big enough for my family of 7 and the kids had enough space to play. Beautiful big soaking tub in the master bathroom. And the park within walking distance was the icing on the cake! We really enjoyed our stay, everyone was comfortable and the neighborhood was very peaceful. We would definitely rent again.

Came to the area to go to the Christkindlemarkt and felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Ellen put so many beautiful touches in each room. The beds were comfortable, the living room was so sweet and the kitchen had everything we needed! If we are in the area we would definitely stay again!

Professional clean and great accommodation

Amy had water in the fridge and snacks on the counter awaiting our multigenerational family weekend! She even offered us flexibility to check in early if we wanted. Our only disappointment was not having more time to sit on the porch and soak in the peaceful setting. From the teenagers to the grandparents, my whole family liked Amy’s place for our gathering.

Overall enjoyed my stay. I was able to check in as late as I needed, and wasn’t bothered at all while being there. They had a couple of dogs, but I hardly noticed them other than a little smell. Older room and bathroom wasn’t pristine, but overall totally worth the price.

We were in Indiana visiting my son and this home was close to where he lives. We really liked the fenced backyard since we brought our dog. I was alittle worried about the last review, but happy to report that the place was clean and we had no issues. It had plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. Joshua was very responsive when I reached out to him.

I love the house.

Very nice home. It was more space than we needed but the value is there if you have a house full of people needing to stay. Great setting with view of woods and sunrise. Nice safe neighborhood to go for walks. Fenced yard is great for dogs. Check with the host to verify if there is coffee to get you started, an iron and a hairdryer. These items were missing when we arrived.

Very peaceful view! apartment living so you'll hear neighbors above you but overall a good stay.

Great space! I had an unfortunate change in my arrival time and was Lystina was gracious enough to accommodate! The place was clean, with a lot of comfortable spaces to sit and be in. The description of the pace and surroundings were spot on. Easy walk to the convention center, the bars and restaurants on S. Meridian St, and the basketball arena. I recommend this, and would get this space, again!

My friends and I traveled to Indianapolis for the Taylor Swift concert and Ruby's place was close enough to the city for us to travel in for the show, yet far enough from downtown to not be in all the chaos. There were so many wonderful amenities nearby from walking distance coffee shop and not too far groceries and restaurants. Ruby's home was clean and organized - it was the perfect spot for our Swiftie getaway!

Amanda’s place was so clean and nice. The veranda was huge and open. Fabulous area to walk to everything. The condo was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

Thank you for a wonderful place to stay for the Taylor Swift Concert! Ellie was VERY responsive and helpful. She made me feel comfortable with the listing and everything was a described. Parking on the street was very easy and always available. Ellie recommended Leviathan Bakehouse, just at the end of the street-- it was delicious! The Garage Food Hall is also in walking distance and fun atmosphere. Easy to get downtown by car for the concert. Ellie was always willing to help. When we only had 2 towels, she helped to bring more. Price was high, but that was expected for the weekend we visited. Only downfall was strong use of vanilla air freshener and some corners were a little dusty, but I think that was just due to being an older flat. Thank you for helping make a wonderful and memorable weekend for 3 Swifties!

This location is right at the center of town, with lots to do, and a lake right next door to boot! Ayash Is a great place for a couples vacation and is highly recommended!

Place not bad very clean only thing is just terrible parking. No vistor or outside parking available and the one car garage isn’t big enough to get in and out of. Depending on car type it won’t fit inside garage and you can’t park outside the garage or you will be towed.

My group of 4 adults visiting from Chicago had a great time staying at Ginger's! Centrally located for access to the downtown, it was just as described in the posting and Ginger's instructions made the checking in and out very easy.
