Buiten geniet je van twee terrassen, een barbecue, een verwarmde eettafel, een loungeset, zonnebedden, een hangmat en een badmintonveld.

A Cabin Balaton egy olyan szálláshely, ahol a hozzánk érkezők egyszerre élvezhetik a balatoni nyüzsgést, túrázhatnak a kabin szomszédjában kezdődő Balaton-felvidéki Nemzeti Park erdeiben vagy akár egész nap az ágyban bekuckózva, egy teljes falnyi üvegfelületen keresztül élvezhetik a kilátást, ami tulajdonképpen már maga az erdő. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, surrounded by nature. This authentic farmhouse was lovingly renovated by my architect father, with great care, attention, and dedication. Libickozma is a magical place, where our senses are soothed by experiences completely different from those of the city— the sounds and scents of nature, the crowing of roosters, birdsong, and the sight of lakes, meadows, and forests.

Pécs abszolút központjában, a Széchenyi tértől 4 perc sétára található. Amire szüksége lehet ,rövid sétával be tudja szerezni. Az 1800-as években épült, 2020-ban teljesen felújított, egyedi stílusú, 4m belmagasságú 76 m2-es nagypolgári lakás. A szálláshely körül több őrzött parkoló található. A lakás hálószobával, konyha-nappalival, nagy fürdőszobával, és egy különálló WC-vel rendelkezik. A lakásban van wifi, kábel TV, és klíma.

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.
