Riverside Guest Annexe

Riverside guest annexe is in a secluded garden but is within 50m of Waterfall Park and Great Ayton High Green, with its shops, pubs, cafes, take-aways and Tourist Information. The annexe is attached to our house, but has its own entrance, patio, garden area and parking space. We can accommodate 2 adults comfortably, plus a third adult or up to 2 children on our pull-out and/or sofa bed. We provide bedding, towels and toiletries. No smoking or pets are permitted in the annexe.

An outdoor roof terrace features a wooden deck with modern seating arrangements. Two white armchairs and a brown rattan coffee table are positioned on one side, while two matching armchairs complement the space, surrounded by a brick and glass railing offering expansive views.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect, and the house was exactly what we were after for the three of us, including our 20-month-old son. The rooms were a perfect size, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely! It would have been handy to have some basic kitchen amenities like salt, pepper, and oil, but we’ll know to bring those next time. Highly recommend this place, we’ll definitely be back!

To get a hotel for 7 people would’ve cost a fortune. This was a great residence, clean and plenty of amenities to make yourself at home. Garden needs a spruce so but minor issue as we didn’t use or need it.
