Subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, Airbnb is offering a reduction in Airbnb fees charged to experience hosts who upgrade their experience listings. The discount will reduce Airbnb fees to 10% from the date on which the conditions set forth in the next paragraph are satisfied through June 30, 2025, and will apply to all Airbnb fees arising out of a booking. We will charge you our standard fees as each experience is booked and if you qualify for the discount, we will apply the discount through a one-time rebate paid to you by July 31, 2025 for the difference between our standard fees and the discounted fee. For example, if the price of your experience is $250 and you had 10 experiences eligible for the discount, Airbnb would rebate to you any Airbnb fees we charged you above $250 (10% * $250 * 10 bookings) by July 31, 2025.
To be eligible to receive the upgrade discount described above: (i)(a) you must have upgraded your existing experience listing on Airbnb through our Elevate upgrade tool by April 24, 2025; or (b) you must complete the upgrade and publish your experience listing in our Listing Editor tool within 10 business days of when we propose upgraded content to you; and (ii) you must meet all qualification and submission requirements and provide all documents requested by us necessary to upgrade your experience listing, including any required licenses, certificates, and permits by May 8, 2025; and (iii) except as provided in the third paragraph below, you must accept our free professional photography services, which must be scheduled by May 8 2025; and (iv) and feature your new photos in your upgraded listing once the photo shoot is complete. An upgraded experience that does not meet all of the requirements set forth in (i)-(iii) by the dates specified above, or the requirement in (iv) by June 30, 2025, will not be eligible for the discount.
You will not need to use Airbnb professional photography services to qualify for the discount if: (i) your experience listing is for photography services; or (ii) your experience listing is for massage or spa treatments; or (iii) Airbnb determines in its sole discretion that your approved listing already meets Airbnb’s photo quality requirements; or (iv) professional photography services are not available in your area; provided, however, that to be eligible for the discount in the case of (ii) you must agree to use professional grade photos provided by Airbnb, and in the case of (iv) you must obtain and submit on your own additional photos that meet Airbnb’s photo quality requirements by May 8, 2025.
You are responsible for any direct or indirect federal, state, or local taxes that may arise resulting from this payment. Please consult your tax advisor. As part of our regulatory compliance, we may need to collect or verify additional information before issuing the rebate.
This offer is nontransferable and only available to experience providers who have been contacted directly by Airbnb or one of its representatives about upgrading their existing experience listings on Airbnb, and who hold locally required licenses, insurance, and certifications. We reserve the right to withhold the discount in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, violation of our Terms of Service, or technical errors. Offer is subject to change or withdrawal at any time and without notice.
