To be eligible to receive a submission reward of $100 (or local currency equivalent): (i) you must submit a new service listing on Airbnb through our Elevate tool for services tool not earlier than March 1, 2025 and not later than April 30, 2025; and (ii) you must meet all qualification and submission requirements and provide all documents requested by us necessary to verify your listing, including any required licenses, certificates, and permits within thirty (30) days of your listing submission date. Any submission that does not meet all qualification and submission requirements within thirty (30) days of the listing submission date will not be eligible. Submissions submitted prior to March 1, 2025 but still pending approval on March 1, 2025 are not eligible. Current listings that have been deactivated and republished are not eligible.
To be eligible to receive an additional submission reward of $400 (or local currency equivalent): (i) you must have qualified for the $100 submission reward set forth above; (ii) except as provided in the next paragraph, you must accept our free professional photography services, which must be scheduled within thirty (30) days of when you receive your ‘welcome’ email indicating that your listing will be published; (iii) you must feature your new photos in your listing once the photo shoot is complete and not later than June 30, 2025; and (iv) you must have at least one (1) instance of your service available for booking each week through August 31, 2025. A service listing that does not meet the requirements set forth in (ii) within thirty (30) days of the listing submission date, or the requirement in (iii) by June 30, 2025, or the requirement in (iv) through August 31, 2025 will not be eligible for the additional reward.
You will not need to use Airbnb professional photography services to qualify for the $400 submission reward if: (i) your listing is for photography services; or (ii) Airbnb determines in its sole discretion that your approved listing already meets Airbnb’s photo quality requirements; or (iii) your listing is for massage or wellness services; or (iv) professional photography services are not available in your area; provided, however, that to be eligible for the additional submission bonus, in the case of (iii) you must agree to use professional grade photos provided by Airbnb, and in the case of (iv) you must obtain and submit on your own additional photos that meet Airbnb’s photo quality requirements by June 30, 2025.
The submission reward payments are considered reportable income and we will report them to the relevant tax authorities as required by applicable law. You are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes due on these reward payments. Please consult your tax advisor. As part of our regulatory compliance, we may need to collect or verify additional information before issuing payouts. These offers are only available to qualified providers with locally required licenses, insurance, and certifications. We reserve the right to withhold payment in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, violation of our Terms of Service, or technical errors.
