Communication of short-term rental activities

In order to rent your accommodation in the Municipality of Sorrento, you will need to submit a Communication of Short-Term Rental Activities form via the the Si.ge.pro portal.

How to file:

• Go to https://frontoffice.sigepro.it/sorrento/index/I862/SS
• Click on Inviara una pratica (Send a file)
• Log in using your SPID to send the communication request

If you do not have SPID, you can submit this form via an intermediary with power of attorney. To do so, download the form titled Procura (per istanze presentate da intermedario) (Power of attorney for instances submitted by intermediary). Click Scarica to download the PDF linked at this page. Have your attorney fill it out and include it with your filing.

What to include

• Completed Comunicazione attività di locazione breve form (Communication of short-term rental activity)
• A scan of your valid ID, such as a passport
• The property title for the accommodation, showing it has been properly registered with the revenue agency
• A blueprint of the premises, drawn at 1:100 scale (metric), showing the usable area of the rooms, wall heights, number of beds, and any other relevant areas or features, drafted and digitally signed by an authorized technician
• A certified technical report of the structure’s compliance with local urban planning, building, health and hygiene, conformity of systems, fire prevention, and safety at work regulations, drafted and digitally signed by an authorized technician. Attaching a scan of the technician’s valid ID is optional.
• A declaration of usability of the premises
• A certificate of conformity of the electrical system dated in the current year
• Completed Dichiarazione possesso requisiti rappresentante form (Declaration of possession of representative requirements)
