How to host an Experience for a private group
How to host an Experience for a private group
Give guests the opportunity to book your Experience as a private group and fill all the spots with friends and family. It’s a great way for them to have fun—and for you to guarantee a minimum price.
If a private group reserves your Experience and the total amount for the reservation is more than your minimum price, they'll pay the higher amount.
Set a price for private groups
- Go to Experiences and select an Experience
- Click Edit
- Click Price settings, then click Guest pricing
- Under Per instance: Private groups click Allow private groups
- Enter your minimum price and click Save
- Tap Profile
and then tap Manage Experiences - Tap Menu and then tap Experiences
- Select an Experience and tap Edit
- Tap Price settings, then tap Guest pricing
- Under Per instance: Private groups tap Allow private groups
- Enter your minimum price and tap Save
- Tap Profile and then tap Manage Experiences
- Tap Menu and then tap Experiences
- Select an Experience and tap Edit
- Tap Price settings, then tap Guest pricing
- Under Per instance: Private groups tap Allow private groups
- Enter your minimum price and tap Save
- Go to Experiences and select an Experience
- Tap Edit
- Tap Price settings, then tap Guest pricing
- Under Per instance: Private groups tap Allow private groups
- Enter your minimum price and tap Save
You can decide to stop hosting private groups at any time by adjusting your settings, but if you don’t complete previously confirmed private group bookings, they will be counted as cancellations.
