    How do I let an employee book trips for other employees?

    Airbnb allows designated employees at companies enrolled in Airbnb for Work to book trips on behalf of other employees.

    Any employee can become a verified Airbnb traveler, but only trip planners can book trips for other employees. Trip planners will have the option to let us know they’re Booking on behalf of someone else on the checkout page.

    Adding a trip planner

    As an admin, you can add a trip planner from the People tab of the Airbnb for Work dashboard.

    First, invite the employee to join your Airbnb for Work program, if you haven’t done so already.

    Once the employee has joined, you can change their role from a traveler to a trip planner from your dashboard.
