It is famous for its olive culture - the first olive oil in the country was produced here - and for its cherry trees.

There is also access within the farm to the production of cheeses and vegetables for the city, as well as a beautiful pond with ornamental fish. Easy access to the city and its many tourist attractions (museums, churches and the famous dam and its unique gastronomy), as the chalet is located less than 1 km from the city's paved roads.
