Diego's apartment is well located, quiet neighborhood and close to downtown São Lourenço. Exactly as in the listing. All clean, new and quality. Great mattresses, kitchen with new and organized utensils and equipment. Mr. Douglas welcomed us with great kindness and availability. It was amazing days! We'll be back for sure! We recommend it with certainty!

Wonderful house, wide with all the utensils we need for everyday life, well-maintained outdoor area and with a very welcoming and pleasant environment.. Super recommend, you can rent with your eyes closed.

Beautiful house in the hills.

The stay at the Marco property was quiet, with the presence of wild animals such as toucans, jacus, maritacas and squirrels, providing contact with nature. The space has fruit trees, garden and chickens, whose eggs were gently available, a great differential. The chalets are comfortable and spacious, although one of them is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. The swimming pool, with heater, ensured pleasant moments. The firewood sauna would be excellent, but it was being used as a deposit during our stay. The space has three refrigerators (one unavailable), but some appliances were dirty, which led us to avoid its use. We also did not find the ofurô, the lagoon, the foosball table and the pool table described in the ad, which seems outdated. Despite these points, the place is great for those seeking peace of mind, with improvements that could make it even better.

The stay was great and Maria Lúcia was very helpful, from the questions before booking to check out. The outdoor area surprises even more than in the photos. It is very well cared for, freshly trimmed grass, with plenty of space, contact with nature, with some cute animals (dogs, chickens, rabbits, even peacock). I didn't use the pool, but it was very clean. The balcony is very nice, as it was cold, I was sunbathing in the hammock and on the benches, it was super nice. The house is very spacious, it was well organized and we settled super well in 7 adults and 2 children. There is not that impersonality of a hotel, we feel that it is being welcomed into the house of someone, who has personality and everything else. Thank you, Maria Lúcia, for the receptivity and for making us comfortable.

The Suelem site is wonderful. The place is charming, welcoming and delicious. She, Miguel and Rogéria, who received us, are a never-ending sympathy. The site was extremely clean and organized, with all the necessary facilities. Our weekend was great. We feel at home, me and my family, and we will certainly return on other occasions.
