Newly built guest house “Ludwig” in Västervik/Gränsö

Just a few minutes from central Västervik is the Gränsö Nature Reserve, a coastal peninsula where nature takes center stage. In a quiet area, we rent out our guesthouse, which offers some views of the water and has nature as its closest neighbor. Here, you wake up to the sparkling sea and the sound of birds singing, and fall asleep to the tranquility of the forest. There are several swimming areas, and the nearest one is located about 150 meters from the guesthouse. You can access hiking trails right around the corner from the house.

Stay in our charming little retro gem of 78 sqm with large garden right next to Pelarne church. 5 min to Bullerbyn. 10 min (10 km) to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's World. The house has two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a new bathroom with a toilet, a shower and a washing machine. Two double beds (one large, and one 140 cm wide) and one single bed (pull-out sofa in the dining room, for children or shorter adults). Guests clean themselves after their stay. Please bring your own towels and bedsheets.

Newly renovated fresh house with room for many.

Welcome to Gula Huset in Ukna! Newly renovated house with nice garden and close to both forest and lake. Located in the middle of Ukna, about 1 hour by car to Astrid Lindgren's World and 1.5 hours to Kolmården Zoo. Two bedrooms with a double bed and a smaller crawl space with a single bed are on the upper floor along with a toilet. Downstairs, there is a TV room with sofa bed, a living room with fireplace, toilet with shower, spacious kitchen and dining area. Perfect for families with children or larger groups!

Only three km to cozy and family friendly swimming in the bay and only five minutes walk through the forest to a small lake, perfectly suitable for a refreshing morning swim. Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house of 30 sqm contains a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, Bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Guests make their own beds. Of course, there is a TV, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth speakers. It's only about 10 minutes to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.
