We are located in a very quiet residential area of Leeds (Meanwood) with local supermarkets and cafes close by. We offer a newly refurbished self-contained flat (in our garden) with a Double Size bed, separated living room with an open kitchen, a shower room and a two seats double size sofa bed (can be opened to a double size bed), and an extra single foldable floor mattress for kids. Free parking next to our main house garden fence. Buses 10 mins to city centre, 20mins to the Uni of Leeds.

Bright colourful decor, dedicated work space, large kitchen diner living area with bifold doors out to a large garden with play equipment suitable for all ages. 1 King, 2 bunk beds and 1 single Memory foam mattresses on all of the beds. The single beds have extra large single duvets provided so a comfortable night can be had by adults as well as children! 1 family bathroom and a downstairs toilet.
