This is a rental home located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Zushi, where you can stay for one night or more. Recommended for parent-child trips, weekday sightseeing in Zushi and Kamakura, and corporate workations. WiFi is available in all rooms, and the quiet environment makes it suitable for teleworking. There are 6 rooms in total and 8 beds (4 king and 4 single). Families with children, 2-3 households, or groups of friends and families can stay comfortably. We also provide a crib, baby bath, baby monitor, and cutlery for toddlers. The interior is high-quality with an emphasis on Japanese wabi-sabi. It is a calm space overseen by the designer who worked on The Ritz-Carlton, Nikko. All rooms are air conditioned in summer, and the ground floor living room has floor heating in winter, making it comfortable. There is also a hinoki cypress bath, a shower on the second floor, and a large-capacity washer and dryer, making it convenient for extended stays. The kitchen is also fully equipped with items selected by the owner, who loves to cook. Equipped with a sushi tray, water purifier, ice maker, and wine cellar, you can prepare, arrange, and sit around the dining table with your family and friends. You can also enjoy streaming videos on the large-screen TV. Pets are allowed, but there are no dedicated facilities. Please enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay in Zushi after sightseeing.

A comfortable stay style to enjoy the four seasons There is no air conditioner, but the room is comfortable with the natural breeze. In spring and fall, you can just open the windows to be comfortable, and in summer, the ceiling fan and electric fan will bring cool air. In winter, the warm flames of the wood stove envelop the entire house. A special relaxing experience that is out of the ordinary Mexican hammocks can be installed in all rooms. Especially on summer nights, you can have an extraordinary experience of being in the woods by sleeping in a hammock with the windows open. Kita Kamakura is a green area with many Zen temples. This [Sumika Tanshukusha] is located on the hillside, up the trail and stairs leading to the mountain. Outside the large window is a large palm tree and maple tree. In spring, there is fresh green, in summer, there are plenty of leaves, in autumn, there are yellow and red leaves, and in winter, you can see the Great Ship Kannon behind the branches that have fallen. There is no parking lot because it is only accessible by stairs. Instead, there is no sound of cars, only the chirping of birds, the sound of squirrels running around the roof, and the sound of the wind shaking the leaves. Go out into the garden, cut seasonal flowers, and bring them into the room. Grind coffee beans with a mill and brew your own coffee.
