Now is the best time to see the fall colors here. The Loons Nest gives you the perfect vantage point to watch the colors almost come on fire as the sun goes down on the opposite shore of the river. This quiet location feels like your miles from the beaten path, actually your just 18 minutes to Fredericton and 3 min to amenities, like NB Liquor, convenience store, restaurant and gas. Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

Quiet country setting, 10 mins from highway. 8-10 min drive to Upper River Valley Hospital. Close to longest covered bridge in the world in Hartland. Crabbe mountain ski hill 45 minutes. Mars Hill ski, Maine USA 30 minutes. 5 minutes to NB snowmobile trails. Restaurants, water slides, waterfalls, and downtown Woodstock within 10 mins. 20 min to US border. Enjoy the outdoor pool. Mangata Mactaquac wants you to leave all your stress behind when you stay at our cabin in the woods. We are located on a beautiful property with streams, waterfall, wood fired hot tub, hiking, biking, and outdoor fire pit with cooking grill and more. Our cabins are situated just steps to the hiking trails of Mactaquac Provincial Park. The Owl’s Nest has all the comforts of home, while providing you with one of the most beautiful places to relax in the area. We also have 4 other cabins!

MCJ's Do Drop In

This is a very spacious and comfortable home. You get the country experience with still the luxury of being fifteen minutes from local shopping areas and thirty five minutes from the city of Fredericton. We have a nice large yard for your enjoyment. You will enjoy the peace and quiet while also enjoying nature. Also we live 30 mins from Crabbe Mountain and if you are a snowboarder/skier you will love this hill. We also have a swimming pool, to cool you off on those hot days.

The Buck Stops Here cozy cottage

We are nestled in the hillside, surrounded by forest & wildlife. Pet friendly during the months of May-October. Great news, the snowmobile and ATV trails are located just 2 minutes from the cottage! When given the opportunity, this is the perfect escape to view deer and wild turkeys! Take an adventure wheeling, snowmobiling, snowshoeing or hiking. End the day with a bonfire and star gazing or snuggle up by the indoor wood stove. You decide it's your vacation to enjoy!

Salmon Hill Loft

The loft has approx. 900 square feet of open space with a natural and comfortable atmosphere to relax or work. Well stocked kitchen, groomed nature trails to hike, ski or snow shoe. The main house has a hot tub that is private and for your enjoyment during your stay where you can enjoy the breathtaking Saint John River view. Did you know that ranked in the seven most scenic drives in the world is The Saint John River!! Plus, nighttime offers the Milky Way and more!
