From the moment we arrived, Nigel made us feel completely at home. The house was immaculate and had absolutely everything we needed – from essentials to a variety of thoughtful food options to choose from. It truly felt like a home away from home in Hawker. What sets Nigel apart is his genuine care and passion for hosting. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing short of amazing. It’s rare to meet someone who loves what they do so much – and it shows in every detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Nigel – we’ll definitely be back!

Great beach property, very quiet, great views from most windows, cracker views when on upper deck (upstairs), lovely verandahs on both west and east sides - needed in that part of the world. Note that one of the bedrooms with queen bed is only accessible via stairs from outside, the other two are in the main house part. It's an older place that has been renovated; great kitchen (reno), lots of utensils, pots etc, cracker fridge, big TVs everywhere.

Bendlby Ranges is a must visit station stay if you are wanting to visit the Flinders Ranges. The tracks are both easy and challenging depending on the route you take. The scenery is unparallelled.

Windee Hill is stunning in every respect. A perfect location for the Flinders Ranges, yet you will be reluctant to leave the homestead which is rich in history and character. Evelyn has taken enormous care in styling and furnishing the house, and the kitchen has everything you will ever need. A stroll around the property gives you a sense of just what a demanding life the early settlers had; and the folder containing the family history adds real depth to that story. It's worth the trip just to stay in the homestead - fantastic.

We had a lovely time at Broadview Homestead. Beautiful surroundings, plenty of rooms / beds for the families. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Janet was always helpful.

What a fantastic and well appointed place in a location ideal for exploring Flinders Ranges. Nigel is a friendly and communicative host who clearly loves what he does. So many great details in his home made for a wonderful experience - the fresh bread ready and waiting for us, the well stocked pantry and fridge, clear instructions for using all the appliances, and so many recommendations on how best to spend our time there. Can’t recommend Nigel enough for anyone looking to explore a really special part of the world.

Very responsive host. It is an old house but it is homely, clean and very spacious. Heaps of room to spread out. Excellent facilities, Michael stocked his house well. We had a great stay.

We loved our stay. Header is an incredible host and her place was more then we expected. Great 4x4 options around..

Kellie runs the Mt Stirling Townhouse and the Mt Stirling Station which she invited us to visit on Saturday night, pizza night. Sitting outside with the locals at the foot of the Flinders Ranges! Doesn’t get any better. The Townhouse is perfectly situated in Hawker, roomy, well appointed and great to spend time in. Breakfast in the backyard, meals next door at the Flinders Food Co, truly a great visit. Totally recommend it.

This is our 3 rd stay at Adam’s place we just can’t get enough it’s absolutely a beautiful location just so peaceful. Looking forward to going back

Amazing place to get away from it all but with every home comfort you could wish for (including fantastic wood fired pizzas!) Big night skies, felt like we were on a movie set! Thankyou for sharing your home with us 😊👍
