We had a fabulous time in Maui and coming “home” everyday to Joe & De’s was just like coming home. Grateful for them sharing their little slice of paradise. It was welcoming and comfortable and we will stay again next time we visit the islands. Mahalo!

First I will say that renting from Jay was an awesome experience. He was incredibly responsive to all my questions and made me feel right at home. The condo itself felt like a home and not a sterile hotel/condo or mass vacation home set up. I really did feel like I was staying at my friend’s house. The amenities in the bathrooms and kitchens were beyond what I expected and we cooked in the condo quite a bit since it was over the holidays and we spent a lot of time together as a family. The welcome kit we had when we arrived was perfect and the coffee was much needed for our daily morning fix. The condo is super comfortable for either two couples or a family. The two bedrooms are spread out and each has a TV and bathroom so you have privacy. The lanai has amazing views and the living room and dining area is really spacious. It’s at the end of the complex but that means you only have neighbors on one side. I honestly never heard anyone except when on the lanai or with windows open.

This house and community were great for our family. Clean, beautiful pool, tons of toys and chairs for the beach, and just a short drive to Hanalei. Would definitely stay here again

This is a secure and peaceful gated resort. The unit was clean and comfortable. We had an issue with a dishwasher but had a prompt response and a credit since it was not fixed during our stay because of the holidays. The resort is located in a clean and quiet neighborhood, but there is not much you can do there: it is quite a walk to the ocean and nearby shops, so you definitely need a car to get around and enjoy Hawaii Kona Island. Ocean is only swimmable near Marriott resort, which is a 5 minutes drive. Parking with ocean access is available, but it is another 15-20 minutes walk. There are only a few nice beaches nearby. Hapuna Beach, for example, is 15-20 minutes drive. Other beaches in the area are rocky and dangerous for swimming. The pool in the resort is clean but small and crowded... But overall, we had a good family gathering and did enjoy our vacation.

The view at this home is absolutely breathtaking - from the downstairs kitchen and the upstairs bedrooms. I love the glass doors that open up to the deck. This was definitely my favorite part of our stay. Geoffrey was very friendly, responsive and easy to communicate with. I really appreciate how helpful he was and local recommendations he offered. The only downside were bugs in the downstairs area but when I notified Geoffrey of the issue, he sent cleaners over within a couple hours to take care of it. Overall, I would recommend a stay at this Airbnb for anyone considering!

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay! The spacious Villa was super clean, well maintained and the beds were comfortable. Lots of beach items to use, short walk to the community pool, tennis court and barbecue. Quiet and peaceful with a very relaxing feel. Seth is a great host! Would diffinetly stay here again.

This was our second time staying at Olfat’s place, and it was just as incredible as the first. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located in Princeville. The kitchen is great for cooking, and having laundry on-site is a welcomed bonus. Communication was stellar, and everything was easy to find with convenient parking. The morning rain was stunning, adding to the serene atmosphere. Plus, it’s just a short drive to some of the best beaches in the world. Highly recommend—looking forward to returning!

We spent 8 nights here, and found it to be perfect for our family of five (our kids are two teenagers and an 11yo). The kitchen had everything we could need/want, and then some--and the same was true for the enertainment/activity supplies (board games, Roku, beach chairs and towels, snorkeling equipment, tennis rackets/balls and a basketball and even a couple scooters). The pool and hot tub were beautiful (although the low-key vibe of the pool rules was a bit disappointing for our 11yo--but we made up for it by purchasing a day pass for the nearby Hilton pool a couple days), and the bar and restaurant at the pool were very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. We did our best to see the whole island, and this was a great home base for the week.

Great spot in Kihei that’s super close to the beach! The place was tidy w/ a full kitchen, washer + dryer & beach equipment. They did have quiet hours which made us a bit on alert when our two littles would scream/get a bit rowdy past the time frame. But other than that, it was a great stay! 😊

Excellent location. Beautiful condo. Nice big kitchen for family meals. Easy access to pool. Short drive to the beaches. Host is very responsive. The unit was not ready when we arrived and it was quickly remedied.

We were a party of 3 who enjoyed our 2 week stay. The complex is comprised of several well maintained units. You will be short walk from the ocean and one beach that may or may not be swimable (cross your fingers!). The lush vegetation provides a feeling of privacy and a settled in feeling. The common areas of the unit are spacious. One bathroom is a Jack/Jill or shared with one bedroom and common spaces. The upstairs King bed & bath is completely private. The kitchen and equipment are more than adequate. It was a nice touch to have some spice basics on hand--very appreciated. The shared pool is very close by to this unit and does the trick. I respected & appreciated the quiet hours this complex has. From 8-8 you can almost hear a pin drop...or you could if not for the sound of the surf in the distance! Perfect for me and no need for a white noise machine. Wendy was available & responsive to messages during our stay--also appreciated. Enjoy your stay!

Good location, beautiful and well maintained area. The home is definitely large enough to accommodate a larger family or group. Nice lanai too!

Linda & Hugh's place was our home away from home during our 5-day stay in Kailua-Kona. The house had everything we needed, and both my wife and I worked remotely without issues—plenty of outlets, two workspaces, and excellent internet with low latency and high bandwidth. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook all our meals, which we enjoyed on the upper lanai with a beautiful view. The Keauhou Bay neighborhood was great for walks, with even a farmer’s market nearby. Kahalu’u Beach (5 mins away) offered great snorkeling and sunsets. Supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. were also around the corner. Linda & Hugh were super responsive and thoughtful, providing great recommendations, like the amazing manta ray night tour with SeaQuest. We also loved the labeled amenities, beach gear, pool, and gardens, which were perfect for stretching and relaxing in the mornings. Highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting the Big Island—it was peaceful, convenient, and truly special!

The condo was in a great location with lots of restaurants and things to do in close proximity. Caroline also provided great amenities - she had everything we needed including pool/beach towels and a ton of beach gear! The home was very clean, well maintained and Caroline was very helpful and responsive with any questions we had. We highly recommend a stay here - we had a great time!!

Vela was an incredible host for our north shore getaway! The location is perfect and beautiful with its own uniqueness. Being in a gated area, it offers peace and quietness. Located also in an area with tons of beaches and activities within a short drive or walk right down to turtle cove. Eric, was incredibly responsive and the property had everything we needed plus the extras we didn’t even think we needed like snorkeling gear, towels, and sand toys. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway.

Absolutely outstanding week at Lisa’s place! It was so beautiful inside and out! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family dinners and all details were so thoughtfully laid out. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wonderful stay with family in a clean and comfortable space with everything we needed! Nice cross breeze with fans, so never needed to use the AC. Enjoyed pool and pickle ball on premises during “downtime”. Looking forward to another stay! Mahalo!

We loved our stay! The space matched the photos, and the location was wonderful. So lovely having coffee out on the patio each morning. There’s a little walk (somewhat steep but very doable) down to a nearby secluded beach. Easy to get into Hanalei and other nearby activities. Andra was a fantastic and communicative host. Would definitely return!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Laleinia’s place. She was very friendly and helpful and the place was perfect for our family. Great beach gear and decor. Very clean. Showers were amazing! Looking forward to visiting again soon!

This home is fantastic! We absolutely enjoyed our stay, able to drive to the best beaches on the island only 10 minutes away at-most and able to enjoy a cozy home with a stocked kitchen and grill at night. The space has ample beach gear (chairs, coolers, snorkel masks) as well. The rice cooker for steaming local Lau Lau was the cherry on top!

Perfect time and perfect location. We loved our home for the week. Peaceful and quiet and a great place to come home to after long days of exploring. You will have beautiful black cats with green eyes and colorful roosters outside your door and the space is tranquil, well organized for everything you need and really cute. Being next door to grocery shopping and great food options was absolutely perfect. We hated to leave. Thank you Diana for sharing the gift of your lovely home! We hope to come back in 1 year! I had a great stay at this place! The house is very nice, clean, and spacious, with a wide-open view that includes the coastline. The room is well-ventilated, which makes it quite cool at night. It even got a bit chilly, but the host was very responsible and thoughtfully brought us some extra blankets. There is plenty of parking available downstairs, which made it really convenient. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this place!
