When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? All guests looking for a rest in the garden with its own indoor pool (April - November) and Finnish sauna will enjoy themselves. The surroundings invite you to go cycling, hiking, mushroom picking and water sports in the nearby Velký Dářek. You will have the whole house with a terrace and grill, a large fenced garden with a fireplace, a trampoline, and a playground for children. You can park up to 3 cars directly on the property.

Orlík Castle with a lookout tower is 1.5 km away from us, there is also our Motorest Pod Hradem, where you can have, for example, venison sirloin. You can also visit the western town of Stonetown, 2 km away. The apartments are also suitable for a one-day stay.

The cottage is located directly on the banks of the Želivka River in the old buildings of the tourist village Želiv. The cottage includes an outdoor wellness area with a Finnish sauna and a hot tub with a jacuzzi. An excellent starting point for hiking in the beautiful surroundings or for cycling. Ideal for fishermen and mushroom pickers. There are 3 dams within 3 kilometers. Sedlická 38ha, Trnávka 100ha and Vřesník 8ha. The cottage is located directly on the banks of the Želivka River, where it is also possible to fish.

The cottage is on a large fenced plot about 200m from the dam, where a pub with pedal and paddleboard rental is open by the beach in the summer season. The cottage has two separate bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds. Large living room with fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Heating is provided by a fireplace and a heat pump. The front outdoor terrace is covered and the back is equipped with parasols, sun loungers, a solar shower and a ping pong table.

Chata Vidlák

The cottage is located on the dam of the Vidlák pond surrounded by a quiet forest environment. There is not only a cottage, but also a smaller cabin next to it. The cottage can accommodate up to six people. There are two bathrooms on the ground floor and on the upper floor. The kitchen is equipped with an oven with a stove, a refrigerator, a microwave and a sink. There is also a stove with a water exchanger. There is also a sofa bed in the kitchen. The bedroom with four beds is located on the upper floor.
