Ideal location in this apartment, the sea is at the end of the street. It is very clean, spacious and well optimized. Warning: the street is paid parking so you have to park a little further away for free parking (otherwise the whole city is paid parking). I highly recommend it. ☺️

We spent 2 days in Emmanuel's place with our 2 toddlers. The listing matched the photos with all the amenities. Beach front location is great. Emmanuel and his wife recommended things to do nearby with the kids.

We were looking for an apartment on Ile-St-Louie and this unit fit the bill for Parisian living. It's perfect for 2 adults and very good for a family with 2 small children, as the second bedroom and bathroom are on the small side, but still functional. If you need the amenities of hotel living, this may not be the place for you, but if you want to know what it would be like to live in the center of Paris, give this apartment a try. We spent 6 nights here and it had virtually everything we needed. The availability of the washer and dryer was appreciated, and one of the reasons we chose this unit, and the elevator was also a big plus. Ile-St-Louie is a busy place so there will be some noise at night, but it didn't bother us. The apartment is with a 5 minute walk of 2 metro stops, so getting around is easy, but walking is much more enjoyable! There are also numerous grocery stores within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

3 very pleasant days spent with family. The accommodation is in the heart of the tourist district of Saint Valéry but slightly set back (50 m) in a quiet cul-de-sac, a stone's throw from the sea wall, bakery, butcher, delicatessen, fishmonger within 300 m. The accommodation is new and hyper-functional. We have everything we need and more. Car access is complicated during the day especially when the main street becomes pedestrian, the GPS gets a little lost. Absolutely favor the street above by following Marie's explanations, direct access by a stone staircase. Note that the parking meter code offers 4 hours free when paying for the shortest time, and not just a weekly discount. In short, the accommodation is ideal for a stay in the city or to visit the whole bay, we are close to everything (hourdel, cayeux, crotel, tréport even 30 min, marquenterre...) In short, we would recommend it and will come back without a second thought.

A wonderful stay at Olivier's house. In addition to the sun that was there, the house is very nice and functional with a great sea view. This is our second time coming and it won't be our last time.

The accommodation is very well-equipped, functional and in a good location 2 minutes from the city center. The loan of bikes is a plus that is not found everywhere. Communication with David is quick. Thanks to him we had a good stay.

We had a lovely stay in this lovely house with beautiful views of the lake and the castle. The house is cozy, clean and fully furnished. Good shops around the corner and plenty to do in the area. We'd love to come back!

Ines' apartment is perfect for a short stay as a family with children, the proximity to the beach and sea are outstanding. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the apartment. The contact with Randy (on site) was always very polite, respectful and helpful.

Everything was perfect! thank you André for allowing us to have a very nice stay in the area, the accommodation is really very well decorated and very cozy, we feel really good and we enjoyed it! small downside if you have to say something, it is missing a large pot in the kitchen equipment, and the size of the sink does not allow you to consider the large kitchen even for two people. but it didn't spoil our very nice stay. We had a very good time in Jean-Yves and Clotilde's apartment. The old grand hotel is really tasteful and beautifully converted into an apartment building. The view from the apartment is the highlight, you can look out from three large windows onto the promenade and sea, even in gray weather everything is therefore very bright. Even out of bed you see the sea. We also booked the linen and cleaning service for an extra charge, which worked out just fine.

family weekend in Boulogne sur Mer to visit Nausicaa (2 adults, 2 children and a baby). Very warm hosting, thanks to Laure. private parking space, very clean and well-equipped accommodation, easy to access, good location. i highly recommend it.

Very well-appointed and friendly apartment. Quietly located by the water. Beautiful nature walk to take right next door. Pet-friendly environment. My dog was happy! Small shops within walking distance and small lively town center square. We highly recommend it and Francine who manages the check-in and checkout is very attentive. 🌟 Thanks for a great stay.
