Between lake and mountain, a peaceful place with a hot tub and exceptional 180° views! Your spacious bedroom features a 160 bed, TV and desk. The bathroom and separate toilet are on the same floor, which is dedicated to you. Linen provided. On the ground floor, breakfast (+ €10/pers.) is served on the veranda, which is particularly pleasant, or on the terrace. In the evening, you can have shared access to the kitchen, living room with TV and fireplace, as well as the terrace.

House on the Ourme: 3 bedrooms and table d'hôtes

The house on the Ourme is a guest house (possibility of table d'hôtes by reservation before your arrival) where the living is good. Located in the middle of the mountains, 40 minutes from the center of Grenoble, quiet and green. This house is my primary residence. Homemade breakfast (breads, brioches, jams) is included. This listing is for the rental of 3 bedrooms, 2 with private bathrooms, the third with the shower to share with the other occupants of the house.

Villa Puebla was built in 1880 by a miniature entrepreneur who made a fortune in Mexico. It's an Art Nouveau villa that has kept all its furniture, its park, and its greenhouse. The "Le Sulit" gîte is a 3-star 135 m² duplex located in the rear part of our old farmhouse. Our farm is located in the hamlet of Les Richards with a dominant position and a superb panorama of the valley. From the house, enjoy walks, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing and relaxing moments in the garden on the deckchairs or garden furniture.
