Located on the first floor of a quiet detached house with enclosed garden and parking. Located in a quiet area facing the Casino's pretty wooded park, 200 m from Allées d'Etigny, 300 m from the thermal baths and 300 m from the cable cars, close to shops and restaurants, everything can be reached on foot. The Pyrenees Palace is a former luxury hotel with private parking and a park overlooking it.
