Pornthep is very helpful in providing clear instruction on check-in. We chose this place considering it's a family road trip and we are driving. The location is right between Songkhla and Hat Yai, Ko Yo is just 10mins away. This makes perfect sense for people who would like to explore these locations more instead of a pure shopping trip. The premise is spotless, equipped with quality fittings and fixtures, including bedding and toileteries. There's makro is less than 10mins, and it makes everything convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and strongly recommend this place to others!

The dining area features a modern table set for six, with elegant glassware and decorative accents. A welcoming living space is visible in the background, complemented by a staircase leading to the upper floor. Soft lighting enhances the overall ambiance.

Long story short booked the date wrongly to the accoms, luckily owner was there in the house. However they had friends over from other state of Thailand but because we came a long way he offer to change the date for us by shifting his friend over to his house. Really felt the hospitality that they provided. Everything was great he recommended dinner places to us. Really appreciate the owners for doing that for us.

We had a great stay at Panin’s place! The place was spotless and well-maintained. The bed was super comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Perfect location. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed for 1night while visiting the city, and it felt like a home away from home. We’d love to stay here again next time!

We had an amazing time at KNOX! The property was just as described. The communication with owner was excellent from start to finish, very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We especially liked the indoor parking space, the cozy living room and spacious common area. It was also in a great location, walking distance to the mall. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Hatyai and we would definitely stay again on our next trip! Thanks again for being such a great host!

The house is very near to Greensway Market and also there’s a 7-11 right at the entrance of the road. We had a very pleasant stay at Revil’s place and will definitely come back again. The house itself is very clean and everything is well prepared :)

if you want to experience living like local, then kanya's place is the best, the surrounding area is peaceful, and safe. although its near train station, it's not noisy at all ,plus kanya always helpful to me, suggesting local attraction, provide us with water and even bring me to rent a motorbike , thank you Kanya, I hope we can meet again.

Nice homestay. Stayed for 2 nights. Location wise is really at the centre of the city, and walking distance to many tourist places, such as Lee Garden and Kim Yong Market. Check in instructions was crystal clear and easy. Modern decoration of the unit. Will be back again!

It was s our second time in Songkhla. We had already explored the obvious and had a general feel of the town. One reason we decided to stay with Wasita and Peter was to meet the local people so we can explore deeper and further. We were never disappointed. They treated us like friends and did everything to make our requests happen. We wanted to hire a motorcycle to get around, voila, ready at our doorstep. We wanted to visit Ko Yo, Peter not just showed us the way, he accompanied us and to the great spots we would have missed otherwise. Truly great people. We already miss their company. Their apartment rooms are modern and well maintained. Fully satisfied and we will definitely visit our friends again. Soon.

Great stay! The location is fantastic with tons of eateries and convenience stores (like 7-Eleven) within easy walking distance. The unit itself was clean and tidy, with a nice cafe-style decoration. The room was comfortable with a clean, odour-free mattress, and the toilet was spotless. The air conditioning was also excellent. Highly recommend!

House is clean and comfortable. With a convenient location not far from the city center. The host is very friendly and communicative. Would definitely choose to stay here again next time when i visit hatyai again.

Phonlapat and his dad were very friendly, helpful and responsive for any request / help when needed. They went to all extent to pick us up and also drop off which was way beyond. During the stay the home as well as their comfort gave a pleasant experience. The house is easily reachable to the odeon plaza area and hatyai central plaza. Lot of eateries just outside the road entrance. Absolutely Safe for solo and female travellers. High speed internet for work if needed . One of the best experiences we had in Airbnb.
