It is about 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest swimming lake, and by bike it is about 7 minutes.

This newly built smaller villa of 80 sqm has an open plan upstairs with kitchen, dining area, living room and patio windows and patio door gives proximity to nature and views of water. Downstairs with 1 master Bedroom and a "studio" with 2 80 cm beds and bathroom with washing machine and shower. The house is beautifully and personally decorated with full conveniences.
