There is a sofa bed (1.40 m with a good top mattress) that can easily be changed to a sofa during the day. There is about 150 meters to the beach with a swimming pier and beautiful sunsets. Approximately 80 meters to the pedestrian street with shopping, cafes and restaurants. There are kitchen items for breakfast, etc. There is also a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, tea & coffee. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included.

The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), a 1-minute walk from the swimming ladder at the harbor and a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. Villa Sofie is located on Nordbornholm in the cozy fishing village of Tejn. At Tejn harbor there is a small beach and wilderness bath/sauna that you can rent. From Villa Sofie you can take lovely walks along the rocky coast both one way towards Allinge-Sandvig (4 km) and the other way towards the Helligdomsklipperne (5 km). Here in StoreHus (54m2) there are two beds, a sofa bed, two toilets, one bathroom and kitchen. TIP: Villa Sofie also consists of LilleHouse with room for two. Beautiful cottage atmosphere in an old forge. Cozy old annex to our house, just two minutes from the beach and harbor. One or two rooms + kitchen/living room and bathroom. There are beds for 4, with folding mattresses you can also easily be 6 people. You share the garden with us, where it is possible to grill by appointment. In the garden, the renowned artist Frederik Næblerød has painted a mural. The kitchen is simple, but there is a stove/hood/fridge and espresso machine
