There is a 200 square meter wooden house with a 350 tsubo large yard. Everything becomes your own space. It's okay if your kids run around or if your baby cries. You can also enjoy a BBQ under the blue sky. The eaves are wide, and it is a pleasant environment where you can have a BBQ even in the rain. Outdoor equipment is also available for rent. It takes about 50 minutes from Centrair to Meitetsu Ichinomiya Station without transferring by Meitetsu train. JR Gifu Station is also close, 10 minutes away, making it convenient to get around. The living room on the 1st floor is about 40 m² and the bedroom on the 2nd floor is about 65 m². I came to Gifu in 2018, I think it was it’s unpretentiousness that attracted me . The people here seem relaxed and easy going, hospitable and very much in love with their hometown which in the Gifu park area retains much of the (Kyoto like) feeling of traditional Japan with it’s castle and a host of well maintained shrines. I don't think many people have heard of Gifu, even Japanese people, inspite of the Great heritage sights like Shirakawago, beautiful mountains and clear water rivers!
