Die Harz-Butze, "Ankommen" - "Urlaub"

Unsere Ferienwohnung hat mit ca. 70m² Wohnfläche aufgeteilt auf 3 Zimmer, Flur und Bad, ein super Größe für 4 bis 6 Personen. Der Lebensmittelpunkt (Essecke, Sofa/Fernsehbereich und Küche) ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer mit 1,8x2 Meter Doppelbett ist sehr großzügig und hat einen separaten Zugang, wie auch der Lebensmittelpunkt, zum großen (18m²) Südbalkon. Unsere Schlafbutze ist mit einem hochwertigen 3er Etagen Bett ausgestattet. Die eigene Sauna zum Wohlfühlen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss unseres im Frühjahr 2020 fertiggestellten Ferienhauses. Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand von Bad Harzburg/ Ortsteil Westerode umgeben von Feldern und Wiesen mit Blick auf die wunderschönen Harzberge. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, so dass man schnell mit dem Auto oder Bus- und Zugverkehr von Bad Harzburg die nahegelegenen Städte wie Goslar, Wernigerode, Quedlinburg oder Braunschweig erreichen kann. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Ort vorhanden.

Lütte Hütte

From May 10th to June 24th, façade work will be carried out on the building. During this period, scaffolding will be erected around the house. The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance.
