Our tiny home is nestled in the Goose Prairie area, located between 2 boat launches (Crip's Camp & Johnson's Ranch). We have the unique ability to provide MULTIPLE bed configurations to meet guest(s) needs -1 King , 2 twins or 1 twin. There are 2 COMPLEMENTARY kayaks for guest(s) use. Life jackets are required, & use of all equipment is at your own risk. Pets welcome, however we have a 1 pet &20lb size limit.

Our East Texas area offers so much diversity within a short distance, and The Ranch House is a quiet and comfortable place to use as a home base for all kinds of adventures!

Private country atmosphere in city located on 7 acres. Lots of large pine and oak trees, birds, and catch and release from onsite pond. Plenty of room for horse or boat trailers to park. 5 to 10 minutes from restaurants and stores if your not in mood to cook. Daily pet fee $10.00 per day per pet due check in 2pets. 30 lb. limit unless you talk with us first. NO CATS. You will need to provide animal crate if pet is left alone in cabin. After 10PM inquires will be answered the next morning

Escape for a week or a weekend to world famous Caddo Lake. Surrounded by the largest cypress forest in the world and designated as a wetland of international significance, property will accommodate a couple with comfort. The Mallard House includes full kitchen, wi-fi and a queen bed. Water access is 7 minutes away and includes access to our private lake lot with fishing pier, canoes and kayaks. We are 30 minutes from Lake O The Pines, 20 minutes to Bear Creek Smokehouse, and 15 minutes to Enochs Winery. We are a quick drive to Longview.
