The Roosevelt

I built this cabin in 1989, this property has a lot of history, it was part of the land that my father in law acquired from the Roosevelt program, I believe that was in 1932, he was one of the few original settlers. we have 25 acres we are in process of making walking trail that will wind back and forth through the entire property. will be a good chance of seeing all kind of wildlife including deer turkey, squirrels and all kind of birds. The property has a 12-acre fishing pond (bring your own life jackets), playground, beautiful seasonal swimming pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball, 9 hole putt putt course, ping pong in recreational facility. We'd be delighted to have you as our guest!

Relax in stunning style among the whispering pines just outside the gates of Callaway Gardens & only blocks from unique shopping in charming downtown Pine Mountain. Cycling enthusiasts will love riding the Man 'O War, a rail to trail conversion that winds through scenic vistas. Picnic overlooking the scenic views at Dowdell's Knob in FD Roosevelt State Park, or enjoy a day hike along its 23 miles of trails, or horseback riding. This A Frame was built in the early 70s. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a deck, an outdoor patio, two living areas, and more. Enjoy the peaceful neighborhood and surroundings. Walking distance to downtown Pine Mountain and a few minutes walking or biking to Callaway Gardens. Nearby attractions include several wineries and breweries, FDR national park, the Wild Animal Safari, and more. This is an old rustic house. If you leave the doors open, bugs may come in as we are in the woods.

Pine Mt Bear cabin

Escape to "The Bear," a newly renovated cabin nestled in the serene woods of Pine Mountain, GA. This charming retreat features: Sleeps 4-5: Perfect for couples or small families with a fully stocked kitchen and a modern bathroom. Just outside you can spot deer, hawks, birds, squirrels, and even salamanders! A small creek runs just behind the cabin, adding to the tranquil atmosphere. Located just minutes from FDR State Park, Callaway Gardens, the Man-O-War Trail and Pine Mountain.

Lake Therapy

This is a place to relax and enjoy the surrounding activities. This is not a place to party. If you are looking to have a party this is not the place. There are full time residents living nearby and do not wish to be disturbed. This is a place to linger as you sip wine or coffee on the deck and watch the sunrise or set over the water; relax around the fireplace indoors or the firepit outside. Recommendations for activities and food are in the Welcome Book on the coffee table.

This retreat is close to everything, ~30-35 minutes to Ft Moore/Columbus, Pine Mtn/Calloway Gardens & Auburn/Opelika. Private hot tub, fire pit and hammock.
