A little on the side but close to a lot! The apartment is in a quiet residential area on Lundvallen in Sörberge. Private parking next to the property. Very close to Timrå ice rink, indoor bandy and soccer hall, cross-country skiing, and Timrå's new swimming hall. The accommodation is right next to beautiful Indalsälven. The apartment is part of our garage, but with its own entrance with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and upstairs with bed and sofa etc. Beautiful outdoor environment with seating area and views of the river. Car to Sundsvall takes about 20 minutes.

Here you can enjoy the tranquility and of forest walks as you live next door to the sea and a magnificent nature. The world heritage trail goes just outside the house. Swimming- barbecue facilities are just nearby. In the small village there is also the possibility to rent sea kayaks. Welcome to our home! We offer a bright and airy apartment in the center of Härnösand in the picturesque district of Östanbäcken. The apartment has two rooms, one bedroom and one living room (total 59 sqm) and it is located on the second floor of our courtyard house. In the bedroom, there is a double bed and in the living room, there is a day bed that can be transformed into a double bed. Unfortunately, there is no door to the living room, but we have put up a curtain that can be drawn. Parking is just outside.

You can bring your dog that you can let go freely. Part of the lot is fenced in just for such purpose. In the house lives a small Chihuahua. The apartment is 100 sqm. One sleeping room with a double bed and single bed. Extra bed is available. Fully equipped kitchen(no dishwasher) TV, wifi (limited to some rooms).

Here you find a spacious apartment with 5 minutes with car to both Sundsvall and Timrå and only 20 min walk to the big shopping center Birsta City with IKEA, Media Markt etc. When you go outside the door you have a 30x15 m where you are ou are welcome to play or have a bbq. There are also black-currant and gooseberry bushes free four eating. On the other side of the house there is shared parking for about six cars and 20 meter from the road too Birsta and route E4.

The house is on maps from the 18th century, but the property dates back to the middle of the 17th century. Here you live in the oldest part of the building, the so-called dock cottage building, also called pantry.
